Nice win. Ellis was solid and it was great to send DJ out with a win. I'd love to see IU get hot in the Big Ten tournament, but they do seem a bit less organized since Sampson was forced out. Gordon was once again the top scorer but sill looked sloppy at times.

After hearing the kids speak tonight on senior night, I hope the guy they seem to speak so highly of (KS) is proud of himself. If he would have kept his @#$% together and been responsible enough to know what he had. He should be ashamed of himself for comprimising the situation he had bestowed upon him. The polarity had really began to change in Bloomington. I hope these kids stay, Eric G. also. He needs another year of college basketball for sure. I think with him and the others having another year to mature and grow from this years success and turmoil, they would be better for it.

How does IU still have a chance to win the reg season Big Ten title? Wisky has a better record and is PUMMELING Penn St and plays Northwestern on Saturday, do you really think they are going to lose to NW? Come on, the Star is once again IU biased on this one, give me a freakin break! Even if Wisky loses, they own the tiebreaker over IU as a result of their head to head win, uh DUH!

Well thats great that an Indiana Newspaper is for IU isnt it......I hope they wouldnt be bias for NW or Penn st.....that would defeat the purpose of having a local newspaper now wouldnt it.........

Their is no bias in that. If Wisco should lose to NW, then IU would own a share of the big ten champsionship (if IU beats penn state). Period. It's a fact, though NW is unlikely to upset Wisco, it's still possible. It will be their senior night, and they will be looking to play well after a terrible season.

NW also played IU and Purdue pretty tough. Anything is possible.

Wow, you are really obsessed with IU. Are you even a real person or do you make your residence in cyberspace? Surely you don't have time for friends with all of your IU bashing..

Jeremy Johnson - the team isn't disorganized since the departure of Sampson. What you see is too much one-on-one offense and a lack of aggression on defense. IU is suffering from too much "I" right now; he who has it dribbles, drives and shoots instead of setting hard screens, finding the extra pass, and playing the type of basketball that is the tradition of Indiana the state and the university.

If Coach were still coach, he'd smack all of these guys upside the head and make real men out of them. This team will be one and done in the NCAA (and believe you me, I am not a Purdue fan - they suck).

It's pretty simple actually. IU has 3 losses. Wisconsin has 2 losses. If Wisconsin should happen to lose, and IU should happen to beat Penn State, then Wisconsin would finish the season with 3 losses...JUST LIKE IU. There are no 'tie breakers' when it comes to conference championships.

Granted, chances are very slim that NW upsets Wisconsin....but much, much, much, much, much crazier things have happened. It will be senior night for NW. Wisco could have an off night..it could be a close game...simply put, it ain't over 'til the fat lady sings. And I don't hear Gene Keady singin' quite yet.

Even in victory, we get loser scum PUke trolls that have to insult IU.

IU didn't cheat to win this game so you can take that crap accusation and stick it where the sun don't shine.

What makes the differance who wins the B-10, there isn`t one team that deserves to be in the NCAA tournament.

While you are right that Wisconsin will not lose to Northwestern, you are wrong about your tie-breaking scenario. Head to head results are only used for Big Ten tournament seeding, not for deciding who wins the regular season title. If teams are tied at the end of the regular season, they share the regular season title...regardless of what happened when they played during the season. So you deserve a "DUH" as well.
