Purdue's lack of a tough schedule will not hurt them. They are suppose to suck anyway.

BWAHAHAHAHAHA, good one! I'll have to keep that one on file. IU isn't exactly beating the top ten teams either.

This isn't football you're going to play cupcakes in basketball, everybody does, ask Longwood(?). I wouldn't consider ISU a cupcake either. You guys need a new subject to talk about. Boiler UP!!!

ISU has had quite a bit of success beating IU in the past few years. The IU fans memories are short and selective. Fortunately their players don't have the same lack of respect for their opponents or they would get beat.

Hoosier fans better not crow too soon. I admit that this year should be I.U. wins over Purdue, but next year will be something different. D. J. will be graduated and Gordon will be gone to the NBA and Painter's kids will be sophomores with a year's experience under their belt. What goes around usually comes around.
Hey Jimmy, What if let's say DJ White and Eric Gordon decide to stay another year at ole IU. Did you just sh!t you pants?

OMG LMAO!!! Hey you IU fans talking about cupcake schedules. Here's one for ya...and your short memories. It must really suck to know that INDIANA STATE is still the reigning Hoosier Classic Champions and BUTLER is still the reigning Indiana Classic Champions. The only reason those two teams were ever in those tournaments was because they were supposed to be chumps like the dozens and dozens of other schools who played in those tournaments for 25 years.

These IU fans never cease to amaze me. They are so classless. Are they really threatened by the strides our program has made in the last 2 years, or what? I don't understand it. I'll readily admit that they have a great, talented team this year. But do we hear anything that even closely resembles a compliment from them? No. The lack of respect just kills me.

As a Sycamore fan, I find it interesting reading the comments here after our games against the Big 10 in state schools. Purdue fans always are more classy.

Funny to hear IU fans talking trash about Purdue's schedule since the Hoosiers replaced Indiana State with Illinois State on their early season schedule this year. I'm not saying the Sycamores would beat Gordon and Indiana, but it's fairly obvious Indiana was getting a little tired of losses and close games at home against the Sycamores.

Anyway, best of luck to both schools when the Big 10 season starts.

Why do IU fans puff their chest about schedule when they have played no ranked teams thus far, got hammered by a nonranked team. Purdue lost by 3 to a ranked team on the road. Louisville at the moment is higher ranked than any team IU has scheduled pre-big ten. If they are being sarcastic I guess I need to get one of those sarcasm detectors for my computer.

And the IU fans stopped talking once they spouted their lies. now...they strangely have disappeared.

And ... Good luck to the Sycamores. I thought they played really hard and Moore is tough to guard. I went to ISU before transferring to Purdue. While I've been a Purdue fan since Terry Dischinger days, I was a huge ISU fan when I was a student there and saw a lot of good b-ball games. Indiana St. has a good b-ball tradition. I hope they have a great year and do some damage in the MVC.

Would like to see IU comments in the Purdue game's area ignored. They are all stupid and pointless. Discussing the Purdue game and players is much more important than answering their moronic chatter. If someone really wants to talk smack with them, they could do it on an "Eric Gordon Scores 30 and Walks on Water" comment section.

Just don't take their comments seriously. I find it amusing to mess with them.
