The crowd was the Sixth Man again for the Aggies. Military night was great to see. The new game announcer makes the whole night more fun. Keep up the good work NMSU - Go Aggies!

All the games are great as long as they dont slow down. Gordo is never consistent, you dont know if he's going to be on or not. One thing for sure is that he is not Pro material so his family needs to stop giving him false hope. He is a decent player at this level that's it!

This is in response to the comment made by a fag, or was it a fan in Albuquerque! Don't be jelouse just because Gordo can play basketball and you can't. I don't see you making the news. And yes, I am a relative, his aunt, and am very proud of what he has accomplished. Keep up the good work Gordo!

YES I AM A PROUD AGGIE FAN!! I ENJOY WATCHING GORDO CASTILLO A HISPANIC PLAYER PLAY. WATCHING ALL THE FANS CHEER FOR HIM WHEN HE IS ON THE COURT IS AWSOME. DON'T BE A HATER. US HISPANIC'S ARE VERY PROUD OF HIM. HE IS NOT THE ONLY PLAYER THAT IS NOT CONSISTENT, THERE ARE OTHER PLAYERS THAT ARE NEVER CONSISTENT AND START EVERY GAME AND STILL PLAY.

Davon is a fine example of NMSU athletes who give countless hours to the university and the community...only to be rewarded with less than luke warm enthusiam and attendance at home games.....barely six thousand fans in the Pan Am for the defending WAC tournament champions and NCAA tournament team?????
Less than 10,000 last two home football games???

Given the weak community and student body support that the DIVISION ONE football team recieves Davon would have been better served by sitting out the last five games of the season to heal his injuries so as to be ready for the Senior Bowl and NFL combine. It's a credit to the young man that he put the team's and NMSU's needs before his own.

Let this be a lesson to any present or future NMSU athletes with NFL, NBA or MLB skills.....Put your own needs first!!!! NMSU is LUCKY to have D1 status!!!

I laugh when I read posts from NMSU fans that are angry that the Moutain West Conference does not want NMSU...If I'm the MWC I'm thinking.."who needs NMSU and it's 10,000 fans at a D1 football game????" or 5,000 basketball fans for a conference basketball game (while school is in session)!!!
unbelievable

Sorry ( I am also hispanic) but really Gordo is not all that great! Yes his once in a while 3 points are necessary but, you have to wait and see if he's going to be on every game, where as you know McKennis, Gillenwater will perform. I wish he would get really good, but as the only senior and these sophomores doing way better than him, he's just not up there. I know you hear his girlfiend and his family saying he's going to the NBA but that aint going to happen. He's a good kid and great to see that someone from Las Cruces, stuck it out and actually plays once in a while, but we cant look at it through rose colored glasses. Good luck to him!
