Have a heart people. Don't debate over death. Herman Mitchell was a good kid and an amaizing player. I met him and I played him, and you will never find a kid with as much heart in the game as he did. And it's not OU that everyone should worry about, it's the players at westfield that had to find out that there friend died while they were on the way to a scrimmage.

i knew Herm also, and we are praying for his family, but Herm is still the winner here. Chopped N Screwed - Usually I don't comment but after I read your thread I had to say something. Herman Mitchell was no thug - thugs don't have 4.0 GPA's and I doubt very seriously that OU would recruit a thug!
If you are an African American it may be a good idea to channel your behavior to something positive and maybe mentor some of the so called 'thugs'. I'm also not sure what you m ean by ignorant life. The only ignorance I see is those who speak on something they really have know nothing about.

Don't get me wrong I understand what you are saying and there are instances that this could and would occur. But, in this case you are wrong. Herman was a good kid and the Westfield family has suffered a tremendous loss.
