Richt pulled a stunt that even he admits could have "turned into a big, stupid brawl," Meyer says that he's using the memory of that incident to fire up his team this year, and you see Meyer as the problem. Go figure.

Ray, it didn't turn into a brawl. It just fired up the Dawgs, And they were severely penalized after that, so it actually helped the gators. So gators stop taking cues from urban and whining.
Sheesh, the game was only one of your four losses!

Ruger, please don't respond to a quote unless you actually read/understand it first. I didn't whine about Richt - all I did was quote him. As you point out, there wasn't a brawl, but that was because the Gators were disciplined and didn't take the bait (and that is a credit to Meyer, not Richt).

Let me try to make my point again. Richt said that me didn't intend for his team to leave the bench like that, and I take him at his word. But why hammer Meyer for using it for motivation for his team this year? Last year it was our guys who looked listless, and it's Meyer's job to get them ready to play this year (just like Richt did for UGA last year). Meyer can't "let it go" and use it for motivation at the same time. It's just a ploy to get college kids fired up for a rivalry game. Where's the big story here?
