Whether it is LSU vs. Alabama or LSU vs. Arkansas,
plus the location of the game itself will assure
it being the lowest rated BCS championship game in
its too-long history.

Its like Southern good 'ol boys going to a family
reunion to pick up girls.

Its like Southern good 'ol boys going to a west coast family
reunion to pick up our girls while we are having sex with our male cousins.

C'mon Arty, you are talking to someone who worked in
the logging industry for 20 years. Up here we long
trees ... real trees ... not those toothpicks you
load 90 to a truckload. Ever seen a log truck
loaded to the max with 1-3 logs on it. Didn't think
so.

Just like so many of those southern TV evangelists
who condemn homosexual behavior from the pulpit,
SEC fans seem to deflect their suppressed homosexuality
by pointing the finger elsewhere. Give it up and
watch "Deliverance" on your VCR for the 47th time.

On a more serious note, isn't it interesting to you
that schools recruit offense and defensive teams with
a passion, using whatever coaching philosophy they
prefer, then seem to make placekicking a kind of
"Oh yeah, go find one of those too?"

How many major games were lost because of lousy
placekicking during the past few weeks; their whole
season on the line? Boise State ... missed ... lost
to TCU. USC ... missed ... lost to Stanford.
Oregon ... missed ... lost to USC. Alabama ....
missed how many ... and lost to LSU.

Frankly, if you were like me you were surprised to
see Oregon come back as they did given the hole they
dug for themselves.

We Southerners will keep our "real" football teams and "real" football conference... the SEC! Oh, by the way, it only takes one man or woman to embrace the SEC! >:)

On a more serious note: LSU is #1, not just because the Tigers are undefeated, and have a great defense. But, the offense has improved during the season, and can make plays and control the ball ... but, the coups de grāce ... LSU's special teams are second to none! That's what makes LSU the best college football team in the country. That, plus LSU knows how to win "big games". Fact! ZOOM-ZOOM!!! Now, run along, Billybob ... there's trees to be hugged! Have a nice day ... ya hear!?

Ask me if I care what the TV ratings are for when LSU wins another NC. If you really want to make it exciting when LSU plays Bama again, we could play 12 on offense versus 9 on defense to mimic the "high powered" offenses of the PAC-girl scout troop 12 and the Big-cub scout pack 10. Would ya tune in then? Just the sight of our cheerleaders ought to make your snow white skin blush.

Hey, the SEC cheerleaders I've seen on TV look like burned out
A & W carhops who never learned how to apply makeup. Some of them
look like they are 6 months along after the family reunion.

Of course the LSU offense has gotten better. They've had
SEC bottom feeders and a couple of OOC patsies to play along
the way.

Better luck next year ... ya hear!?
