Good luck tonight Butler!!

The game is on ESPN so we will all be watching and pulling for you. THis is a perfect chance to seal a good seed and exact some revenge on these fools at the "Nutter Center". Sounds like a candy bar. Or a strip club. hahahah

Good luck Bulldogs.

I hope they thump them. Wright State fans have become a real pain. They hate us with a passion, and the feeling is mutual. I think if they shut down Wood they have a good chance at winning. AJ must also show up. Watch the officating tonight, its been terrible down the stretch. Good luck tonight Dogs, bring home the championship.

Go Dawgs! Great Defense + Outside shooting (Graves, Campbell, Crone, Nellums)+ Solid drives to the hole (Green, Graves, Crone, Ligon)= Butler wins by 10! I am so proud of these guys! It is great to have class act classmates that I pass in the halls of campus each day! I am proud to be Butler Blue! Whatever the outcome I love BU basketball!

I was at the game on Saturday and unfortunately won't be able to make it tonight but will be watching. Go Dawgs, play hard. We are in the tourney but lets shut everyone up and get the automatic bid. Todd, keep Veasley and Campbell on the court more and we will win. Gotta love Betko but his minutes need to be cut. Nonetheless, I will be screaming from the couch.

AJ Graves is the key, no question. I'm wondering if he's hurt or just worn down. He hasn't had a stellar game in over a month. If he's on, the rest of the guys can just "do their job" and that will be enough.

Your opening statement about Raiders fans expecting to win tonight is a gross generalization. Most of us know it will be a tough game to win and aren't making travel plans quite yet. Nice try getting the Bulldogs motivated since they are already in the tournament.

I agree, BU fans and WSU fans know every game between the two will be an honest hard played battle.

I went to that 1/6 game vs. Wright State at Butler. I'm amazed Wright State has done as well as they have based on what I saw that day. They looked like a sub-.500 team in that game. It didn't help them that Butler looked like a top 5 team that game.

It certainly seems like Butler is the team with something to prove in this game, not Wright. I'm rooting for them to get the job done.

Side note - hasn't the Horizon League grown big enough to have their tourney on a neutral court? Surely with teams in Indy, Chicago, Milwaukee, Detroit, and other pretty big cities they could fill a 12,000-17,000 seat arena and get rid of what seems like an unfair advantage in the conference tournament.

It's time for a solid game with mother in law defense! Graves seems tired to me and since you shoot with your legs hopefully he got a rubdown
to bring life to the future All American in '08. Play like they did in Dec./Jan..........

sorry about your luck but wright state's win is already a given, theres no way you're gonna come to our house and beat us...WE MUST PROTECT THIS HOUSE!!

Wow, I love how Wright State is all of a sudden getting cocky. We slaughtered you at our house and you won by a MUCH closer margin in yours. If we can get Graves to play a game where he doesnt go 1-10 from the field, Butler will take it and I really hope they do.

On a side note, I think it is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS that the NCAA is trying to count neutral floor games as home games. Anyone who has some sense about them knows that a game at Conseco against IU is not a home game, let alone neutral - it is home for IU! Give me a break and count neutral floor games as they should be counted.

With Gonzaga winning last night, we are 4-1 (maybe 5-1 if Purdue gets in) against tournament teams on neutral floors. Go Butler!

AJ is the most OVER-RATED player in the Horizon League. All-American? What a joke! The best part of the Loyola-Butler game was watching him get shoved out of bounds.

I really hope Butler loses tonight and they should be on the bubble if they do. Under no circumstances should two teams from the Horizon League ever make the NCAA Tourney.

Hey Will - If you don't want two Horizon league teams in the tournament, you need to root for Butler, einstein.
