The Twerps are typically overrated and have no fundamentals, just athletes. Dawgs will win if we play our game.

How much does The Star pay this guy? He knows nothing about Butler basketball.

Nice job IndyStar...thats why you are a second rate paper. Play to the IUs and Purdues...Butler is the true hometown school. Your choice to give limited coverage indicates what a trash paper you really are.

As far as the idiot from Santa Monica...I was at the game, watched Maryland's thugs...just a bunch of playground kids with attitudes. I will be back Sunday to rub it in your face.

Good point. Read his stories. He never misses some individual honor that individual players (conference player of year, free throw leader, etc) or the coach (national coach of the year) are missing out on. He doesn't seem to understand what makes a good team. Reassign him to cover the Pacers. His mindset will fit right in.

Maryland can be beat! They are not so good this year that a good team like Butler cannot come out on top. It will take a good effort from the Bulldogs, but as long as A. J. Graves has the ball in his hands at the end when we need to make free throws, we will be OK.

Woo hoo Bulldogs!

Butler can beat Maryland because the dogs will hustle, and you can never be sure which MD team will show up.

Uh...they've only advanced to the 2nd round, folks. I would like them to play well, but they were on fumes down the stretch.

If they make it to Sweet 16, then that's exciting

Fundamental skills and team play wins at this level in this tournament. It will be difficult, but the 'Dogs can win.

I am wondering why only 14 post. OH, I see, where are all of the BU bashers that guaranteed a first round exit by the Dawgs. Where is all of that smack talk right now? At the game yesterday other bball fans were aware of the lask of support and respect that the dawgs get from the Indianapolis media. If Campbell gets some more minutes and they block out we may be playing in St. Louis next week. I know the IU fans are hoping Maryland wins because they don't even think they have a prayer against UCLA and they don't want to see BU be the only Indiana team in the Sweet 16. Where is that guy from Ft. Wayne who comes into every BU forum and talks about mid majors? Where are those PU fans? Anyway, even though the snow is coming down heavily here in Buffalo the sun is shining on the Dawgs. Maryland is sweating, there is no pressure for us, and Graves, Green, and Campbell are shooting well in the HSBC center. If we win tomorrow there will be about the same amount of post and the IUStar's coverage will suck as always but if we lose there will be 60 post of bashing and it will be front page in the paper. Next year will be even better will all of the key players back and some needed size coming in. Kudos to those back home rooting on the Dawgs and enjoy the win tomorrow.

Maryland deserved a 6 seed at best. Miami FL smoked them in the ACC tourney round one. Butler will win. The guy from Santa Monica is from Santa Monica. Enough said. It's the land of hippies, drug addicts and communists. No brains.
