I love the Zags and hope that they show well. It will be a tough one for them to win.

This year is going to be a nail biter with Ravio.
He almost singlehandedly lost the North Carolina game. Few needs to go with his young guys. When you think about it Ravio's style is the same basic out-of-control gunner, one man wonder he was as a freshman. He has never developed into a strong floor leader.

The MVP of this game was coach Few and his staff. Coming down to the wire, they removed Raivio and Heytvelt( 4 fouls each) on defence, then made sure they were back in on offence. Gonzaga felt they could overcome Raivio's turnovers by having him handle the ball when it became time to foul- you see, Raivio NEVER misses a freethrow. Brilliant coaching that saved the game.

Funny. Someone who can't even spell is calling people thugs from the hood. Why are they thugs? Carolina showed plenty of class during that game. Gonzaga was the one who kept getting personal fouls (not that I want to insult Gonzaga, they are a solid team). A bunch of freshman lost an early basketball game to an up and coming team. I don't think that calls for calling Roy an unreal coach who recruits from prisons. Get over it.

The Zags looked really good whipping Portland, on Monday night. I loved to see Raivio smiling finally for the first time. I will miss Mallon and Raivio next year. Keep on smiling guys!!
