I just hope we got some playmakers on offense with speed, oh I forgot, and can catch the d a m ball. The offensive coordinator needs to open it up a little bit and let these RB studs run all day. The D will be just fine. We had a down year in 07 but they are starting to look like the canes of old! We got one hand filled up and one stolen from the other hand (Ohio State refferee). I congratulate Coach Shannon for "making" his players sign a Code of Conduct ... however ... he can "make" his players do anything he wants them to ....

Question: Did Randy assure himself that all of his players were actually able to read and understand just what they were signing

We really need to give Shannon some time to get his players in the program before we can truely make a judgement call on his coaching abilities. I think UM is going to go on an epic run here in a few years with all these studs we're picking up on the recruiting front. We're going to go 7-5 and 9-3 over the next 2 years before we really turn it on. I just hope the fans are in for the wait - as I am.

Will Shannon succeed? I don't know. Too soon to tell but I hope so. The guy is genuine and does everything the right way.
