I have not really been following Georgia's basketball team this year but I saw something truly historical this weekend.
Dennis Felton has been under fire this entire year. He dismissed two of his better players and came into this tournament with no chance and just nine players left.
I don't care what anyone else thinks, he must have done a remarkable job. The players had to play under very extreme conditions with no real chance to win. Somehow beyond imagination, their coach had them play beyond anything conceived as possible.
The players have to play, the coach can't. They played beyond what anyone could expect. They deserve all the credit in the world for that! Somehow their coach got them into a position where they could produce these miracles.
Coaches get too much credit when things go right and suffer too much when things go wrong.
Why don't we just let this incredible weekend stand for itself when a coach and players just stood up against all adversity and made a miracle happen.
I am very glad I tuned in in time to see it.
Thank you all, you deserve this moment in history,
Blue

Incredible? Far from it. More luck than anything else. They will be knocked out in the the first or second round of the NCAA.
