Hope he plays well for the 'Dogs!!

He's obviously no dummy, either. Butler ain't easy to get into, even with the slightly-lowered entrance reqs for athletes!!!

Makes it an even better story when you consider that he has to hack it in the classroom, too.

This should be a good addition to an already well-rounded Butler team ... and it's always good to see the local colleges in the NATIONAL rankings! Go Bulldogs!!

Can't wait to see this kid play. If he is anything like Howard he'll play an important role on an already good team.
Does anyone know if Campbell will be back tonight or is he still going to be out for a while? He really adds another demention to the offense.

I think the comparisons to Howard are a stretch..

If he can provide 10-15 min per game off the bench, that will be a huge plus. Howard has become an important part of the offense so quickly... Jukes probably won't be a scorer like Howard, right now.

Either way, his arrival only helps strengthen the Bulldogs, as they are hopefully going to make a nice run through the end of the season, and into the later rounds of the NCAA tournament!!

Ths is a special year(again)!

The game should be a great one tonight. I believe Campbell is going to play. He almost dressed for the FSU game but they decided to wait. Jukes and Howard could really open things even more for Campbell, Graves, and Green.

If you were not a fan of the ticket price increase this year, tonight is your chance to return to Hinkle. Just bring some non-perishable food items

"Fans who donate to the food drive can purchase upper level youth (age 3-12) tickets to the Bradley game for $10, upper level adult tickets for $15, and lower level tickets for $25."

According to his profile on the Butler page Avery Jukes was a Nike All-American as a senior, I don't know if it is a stretch to compare him to Matt Howard. They are different players, but the talent is likely kind of a wash.

What else can be said about a young man that waits a whole 4 hours for an intricate tattoo to be added to his back? WOWWIE WOWWIE

I have been waiting for this kid to take the court. I am fired up. He brings a huge amount of inside athleticism to this team, something that sometimes we lack. He should be a monster on defense and on the boards just in time for horizon league play.

For GOSH, what do you mean slight lowered entrance requirements for athletes? Are you kidding me? Q!! My child is a scholar/athlete and BU made sure the grades and class rank met the standards to get in. This is a slap to all BU students and alumni.

Butler needs "pistol" pete campbell back to be the team they were in Alaska. Jukes should be a huge lift on the defense end. GO DAWGS

305 pound bench press. holy cow. does anybody realize how difficult this is....at his size...and wing span...that's not like lifting 305 pounds when you're 5'7"...that's amazing strength...they're aren't pro football players who can do that.
