Now I know why St. John's is in trouble. The guy plays at Archbishop Molloy. He averages 28.2 points a game in one of the better High School Leagues in the country. He is in good academic standing and yet the writer mentions that Seton Hall, Pittsburgh and Villanova had interest. He has played 4 years for struggling Georgia in relative anonymity. OK, so maybe staying home is not for all kids but did they even try? No wonder the NCAA Tournament is just a few days in March for most area schools.
