when i criticized the huskies in a post last week saying that this team was overrated and that they had deserved to lose to gonazaga, alot of people got on me, i said they have no inside presence and a few people told me how they had scored 41 points were scored by 2 of the huskies and how i didnt know what i was talking about.i also said that thabeet wasnt that good and that he was just a tall kid.well they have played a pretty soft schedule, however when they played a really good team like gonzaga, they were lucky to have walked away with a win because gonzaga was clearly the better team that night.i said hey look they should have no problems beating teams like fairfiled, lets see how they do against a tough opponant.georgetown showed that uconn isnt worthy or deserving of a number 2 ranking.I am a husky fan but unlike most husky fans i can be honest about my team.a calhoun team of the 90's would have destroyed this hoyas team.this team doesnt play with the heart or passion or confidence that husky basketball is known for.jim didnt look all that pleased last night with this teams effort.i am sure those same uconn fans with their blinders on will grill me here but too bad, this team lacks certain intangibles.

Perhaps Jeff Adrien should focus less on his hair and more on the game. Bet he felt cool Tuesday morning.
