Updates: Fresno State-UCLA football game to air on ABC

“We are excited that ABC has elected to pick up this game and put in on Saturday afternoon”

The Fresno State football team's game against UCLA this season will be at 12:30 p.m. Sept. via Fresno Bee

Too bad that UCLA couldn't have remained as FSU's
opening game. As is, UCLA will have time to adjust
to its new coach and have game experience under its belt. Regardless, this is a big leap forward for Bulldog football, and also, FSU's defense will have had game experience and should be ready.

State has a damn good chance with UCLA's starting QB out for the season (Cowan) and their back up (Olson)out until spring training in August. They will more than likely start JC transfer Craft and although OC Norm Chow is a mastermind, I foresee a slow start for my Bruins that could potentially linger on for the first few games.
