i said after watching san jose state play their first game that UH would lose to them. and... i was right. it's a rebuilding year for UH... and san jose state isn't as woeful as they have been in the past.

"We are not stable at quarterback," McMackin said. "You've got to be stable at quarterback so you can start getting repetitions with somebody and move the football."

Well we are not stable at coach!

When you allow repetition penalties, then you cannot move the ball without our poor quarterbacks taking BIG chances.

Get with it Mac: "show us the money!" One point three million to be exact!

You mean a real "Freah-man?" Do you mean Free- man? Does he have to be Masonic to play?

Where just do you think they "Threw" the system too? Maybe this Masonic marvel you recommend can run through the tunnel and throw the ball, eh?

Yea, we get the idea. Sounds like an interview with our players too, where it would help if they had sub-titles for us to understand what they say.

Like i said before, I don't think Coach Mac was the right guy for the job, just look at our coaching staff, what kind of adjustments were they doing? We have a bunch of high school coaches trying to coach in college. UH was so concerned about hiring a coach as quick as they could and not thinking about the future of Hawaii football, we should've hired Norm Chow. The WAC already figured out our so called "Run n Shoot" offense. Look at Boise St. dominates our conference every year besides last year, but there always consistent every year, that's what we need to look at, get a coach and a good coaching staff that can make our players play faster and be more physical, and stay healthy for crying out loud, every game someone goes down, we need to look at who's doing our recruiting for us, these so called players were getting from the islands are getting injured all the time, when we let players like Kaluka Maiava (who wanted to play for UH) go to USC, how did that happened? Oh, we didn't think he was a good D-1 Prospect..now look at him! Get rid of our whole coaching staff, especially our O.C. Ron Lee needs to understand that he's not with the Crusaders anymore, who were dominant for so long because they were getting the best kids on the island and dropping them a year, so they were actually a year older then the kids they were playing in high school, that's the only reason why they dominated! Lets go warriors! Good luck against Fresno St. there going to put up another 70+ points on us like they did when Tim Chang went down, hopefully then we all realize that we need to get rid of our coaching staff, and hire someone with some real credentials! GO WARRIORS!

As Sacred Hearts enthusiastically celebrate the beginning of a new century, it would be really something if they played our girls.

Our girls scratched, bit and pulled hair so much they had over a hundred yards in penalties against San Jose.

What a match up, Sacred Hearts and the U of H Warrior Princesses, we can abbreviate to Xena's.

as far as a legitimate bowl game, the season is over. This bad team is a minor league disgrace in a bottem-of-the barrel league.

warrior 619 is spot-on right. Mack was way overpaid by a weak, inexpereinced president. I told you this at the time but no one listened to me.

If UH does not start winning, it will get worse. Recruiting will be harder.

Warrior 619 is right.. UH was in a rush to find a coach ...to get the monkey off their backs.

Get back to basics...start with Vince Lombardi's "This is a football".

What worries me is if the fans don't show up, how shall we pay the 1.3 million. Like the stock market, we had a football bubble and now it needs a bail-out.
