A Minnesota Police spokesman says University of Minnesota sophomore football player Nathan Tow-Arnett is a suspect in an incident in which a 21-year-old woman says she was thrown against a wall and kicked early Halloween morning.

The very last thing you can do with this story is pre-judge anyone. It is only an allegation. Sounds like the accuser was drunk and Tow-Arnett was sober.
I would tend to believe him over her, but again it's too early to make judgments.
