Guess what Gator fans, who else do you think is probably on the "radar" for a jump to the pros? The Gator dynasty will be long remembered, but may be short lived.

I am a uk fan and saw the writing on the wall .you guys are treating him like a savior ,but what has he left you .oh yeah the#2 national recruiting class ,before you etch that in a plaque wait and see how many leave(im betting at the very least jai lucas leaves) and no we dont want nor need him at uk.donovan is a pitino clone with the ego to match .he knew even with tat recruting class he was gonna do no better than 4th in the east and possibly a nit bid .way too much for his ego.he leaves the next coach in a bindwhat freshmen he dont lose he has to play them and it takess very special freshman to make an impact aaaas a freshman(patrick patterson)who was quoted as saying yesterday he couldnt trust him,and he couldnt resist telling good friend lucas that very same thing.good luck gators your gonna need it.

one more comment. billy d. was at florida he made the final 4 3 times and had he not caught LIGHTNING in a bottle with that recruiting class. if you remember it wasnt rated that high.he lucked up and found some guys who liked each other ,most didnt need the money their soph. year because most daddies had money.and they developed late.if memory serves me right these guys did nothing as freshman.but they worked hard and came togather as a very, very special team .donovan knew the odds (slim to none)that he would ever get that lucky again especially with this class and the next 3 to 5 yrs. and like his daddy Pitino they have way to large egos to go through that.
Maybe he will do well at Orlando but anyone who would like to bet the plantation on it happening in 5 yrs. if they give him that long get in touch with me because ill take that bet twice a day and three times on sunday.dont praise him ,he left you hanging, to save his own reputation .Just like daddy RICK did to us at U.K. 10 yrs. ago.
A word of wisdom to you reporters who cover him you better treat his quotes just like you have to with Pitino use a pencil never a pen, because what these guys say mean nothing.

I could remember 7. They had a couple of big men and one of them got injured. Seems like he played college ball for DePaul.
At least one true fan out there ..good job! Greg Kite was also on the orginal team. You actually did better then me though I only could remember four off the top of my head. I forgot about corzine!!!

Guess Billy really did not want to leave Florida afterall. Probably going to cost him some cash to stay since he signed a contract with the Magic.
