FSU, USF to launch home-and-home series

Florida State and USF will in the fall begin a two-game home-and-home series in football, the schools announced on Wednesday.

Hmmm, USF now has games booked with Florida schools UF, FSU, Miami, FAU & FIU and no interest in playing UCF. Take a long hard look at yourself UCF.

USF is replacing UCF with FSU on their schedule though... thats why I brought up UCF... that game for next year that they had to replace was against UCF originally...

But honestly why would USF want to play UCF. USF is in a BCS conference and gains nothing out of squeaking by a horrible UCF team in overtime, all that does is make them look overrated.

Florida State will be playing against 11 bowl teams on the 12 game schedule. Every conference game for the Noles will be against a team that went to a bowl game. The non-conference schedule includes 2 games against teams from BCS conferences (UF & USF).

The Gators will be playing against 6 bowl teams on their 12 game schedule. The two toughest conference games will be against LSU and Vanderbilt. Georgia will be losing a ton of talent and UK, Arkansas, Miss State, UT, and USCe are programs that are stagnant. Once again, the Gators refused to schedule a game against Miami or another BCS conference opponent. Thus, the reputation that UF has gained by dodging major non-conference opponents and refusal to play away games will continue for another year.

Congrat's to FSU for ranking a a couple weeks this year. UF and USF have had to rep. Florida for most of the last two years. Just a little reality James, change is hard, deal with it.

HAHA... USF repping Florida... how do you rep Florida when you can't even win the worst BCS conference in the entire country??? Only UF has been representing Florida over the past 5 years... the rest of the teams have been a joke. Once USF wins their conference they can begin to represent this state a little better... news flash... both FSU and horrible Miami finished ranked ahead of you in the CBS Top 120, but keep thinking you belong with the big boys.
