The similarities between the Bush Administration and the Bowden Administration are becoming frightening. Bowden just recently said that if you think he's going to fire Jeff, "it ain't gonna happen. It simply ain't gonna happen." Sound a little like Bush and Rummie? The program is in a tailspin, just like the situation in Iraq, and Bowden hard-headedly refuses to change course.

Just like Bush, he thinks that things will turn around simply on their own. Thankfully we are only talking about football; unfortunatetly though a war is being managed the same way. I certainly don't want to compare the horrors of war that our young men and women are going through to football, but on the surface, Bowden isn't any better than Bush.

Fire the Offensive coordinator, Offensive line coach and quarterbacks coach. All three areas have only seen declines. We have top rated running backs and quarterbacks, and none seem to improve one iota. Fire the offensive coaches!

i dont believe your comparison is relevant at all. a stretch at best. no doubt there are issues, but just like "the war in iraq", we arent there and we dont have all the information. so, its kind of hard to have a clear view of things. i love bobby and i love the seminoles, and in case anyone forgot we were the acc champions last year, so things arent really that bad.

"and in case anyone forgot we were the acc champions last year, so things arent really that bad."

You and I must have different definitions of the term "bad."

I would refer to the following as bad:

Shut out at home by Wake Forest.

Bottom of the division.

Losing record.

I could go on.

Jeff resigning is just the tip of the iceberg. This team is in absolute disarray and the coaches seem to have no plan whatsoever to right the ship. The fact that they can't even figure out whether to play Weatherford or Lee is evidence of this. They are as strategically bankrupt as the Democratic party has been recently.

I applaud your optimism and respect your opinion. But I can't agree with you that it's not that bad.

That goes for the Noles, and for our troops in Iraq.

Is there any other coaches besides Jimbo Fisher, that have a ligitimate chance at the offensive coordinator job?

BOBBY NEEDS TO LEAVE WITH HIS SON. MICKEY ANDREWS SHOULD BE THE COACH HE HAVE MORE FIRE HE HAVE MORE PASSION IN CASE PEOPLE DONT KNOW MICKEY DEFENSE WON THOSE TWO NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS. BOBBY MAKES POOR COACHING DECISIONS MIKEY DEFENSE BRINGS THE GAME TO THEM. WEATHERFORD SUCKS LEE IS THE MAN EVERYBODY KNOW A RUNNER AND A PASSER IS HARD TO CONTAIN.WEATHERFORD MAKES BAD THROWS AND HAVE POOR POCKET JUDGEMENT. IF LEE TRANSFER TO A BIG TIME PROGRAM AND FACE THE NOLES WITH A OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR WHO KNOWS HOW TO USE HIM INSTEAD OF LEAVING HIM IN THE SHOTGUN 90 PERCENT OF THE TIME HE WILL SINGLE HANDED DESTROY THE NOLES BY HIMSELF. BY THE WAY CHRIS RIX WAS A GREAT QUARTERBACK HE JUST WASNT USE RIGHT

1. Lets see... You're a football FAN and Bobby Bowden's the winningest coach in college football history - and you think he should listen to you...
2. When you go in for your brain surgery (you obviously need it)don't give your surgeon any advice!
3. You wouldn't make a pimple on ole Bobby's butt!
