Full story: Hartford Courant

Clearly, he was teetering on the edge. Second-ranked UConn's latest blowout was a 79-49 victory over Delaware State, a game in which the Huskies jumped to a 40-16 lead with superior size and skill but finished ...

If we could think like the coach he must be thinking that we've seen this Jeff Adrien show before, he gets the ball down low misses his shot and gets fouled and misses the foul shots. This happens over and over again but now there is another option. Thabeet, shoots 70% from the floor and also shoots foul shot well.

Bleh. Lousy effort as evidenced in the rebound numbers. Good to see Gavin Edwards play with some fire, but he needs to earn his minutes, obviously.

- And Scottie Haralson hits a three!!!

Don't get to excited about Thabeet. We have seen that act before. He is the 2nd coming of Wilt Chamberland against inferior teams and disappears against good teams

Didn't realize that, although I didn't even read the box to that one.

Sidenote: I wonder how long it takes before Calhoun puts Sticks in the starting lineup. I mean, Walker and Robinson coming off the bench can be scary so why even start him? And JC owes it to Austrie to start games... for whatever that's worth.

Bryant, then Delaware state. What stellar competition. That a way to pad the stats, Calhoun. Who's next, Saint Margeret's CYO teamP

Your argument is old and utterly invalid. So long, troll. Next!
