Give me a break, maybe the residents of Connecticut should be cited because we love our team. The new NCAA rules should say no clapping or cheering when recruits are in the building. They may get the wrong impression.

Pat Summit is just pissed off because our teams are family and players and former players acutally stay a family for the rest of their lives. The love on our team is real, to bad the Lady Vols can't find the love.

Keep up the good work Geno.

if you are writing an article at least do some research and spell names correctly. It's Cronan not Cornin. No where in the letter from Cronan does it say "validates the contention that UConn acted with impropriety" as you wrote.

Try a little journalism 101 next time.

I dont ever hearing about Geno complaining about the Vols recruiting Parker, or Holdsclaw or any of the other Tenn players that have brought them 7 or th3 8 National Championships they won. Summit has to get a grip she hates sharing the top spot with Geno. I thought that having alumni helping in the recruiting effort. As far as Tenn complaint about setting up tours of ESPN, hey there based in CT, why would the NCAA have a problem with that? Every team that comes to New England has a tour of ESPN. Let me also remind the NCAA that they, ESPN , have given a TON of coverage to the NCAA and now they have a whole network devoted to them. Lets say it like it should be said, Pat Summit and all the Tenn officals need to get thier heads out of their collective assess and except the fact they share the title as Top Program with the Huskies!

Rick, There is a difference between a team touring ESPN and just One individual touring ESPN. Maybe Pat couldd start taking recruits through the Womens BB Hall of Fame here & telling them all the great players and others who have been inducted (even Geno)and a chance to meeet and talk to some of them. Of course the tour would only be for the recuit (I mean team). How can Geno complain about the Vols recruiting when it is all above board? When Geno reaches over 970 wins then he may(at that point) share the top spot with Pat (but she will be over a 1,000 wins by then) so he will still be below the SUMMIT! Now for one last thing -- Maya is one great bb player -- and will probably be one of the greatest to play by the time she leaves UConn. I will predict that she will one day be in Knoxville, Tennessee when she is inducted into the Hall of Fame.

LTG, cmon, so your saying that Geno has not been on the up and up and Summit has???? Again, no one complained when Summit landed Parker or anyone else, Maya Moore is head and shoulders above all other freshman that came in and Summit wanted her bad and when she didnt get her she cried foul. So she stops playing Uconn??? And if anyone thinks that Tenn is a notch above Uconn your carzy, no one has done a better building job then Geno in the country. Trust me the Vols and Summit look REAL bad in this one, just ask anyone across the country!

Rick I have gone on line and looked at the NCAA Division 1 by-laws. You can do the same if you wish. I would direct your attention to the following by laws - 13.01.04 who can and can not have contact with recruits. Rule 13.2.1 and 13.4.4.4 also about media material covered in 13.10.1 and 13.10.4 -- you know the NCAA never says it is or is not looking at someone but I think they may still be looking at this one and UCONN may look bad in this one by the time it is over with. Don't disagree with anything you said about Maya -- she is outstanding - just hope she gets to play for one national championship before she leaves -- you know Parker could have stayed for one more year -- are you glad she didn't???

What do you mean by family?
Are you saying UCONN woman players are gay?
Typical dumb UCONN fan.
