What ? Uconn didn't even have a top ten Draft pick ? I think Tennessee had 2 players in the top 5, and all five starters from their team drafted. Well I guess Geno knows how to recruit better than anyone in the world !!

This is what you hope for when you take a kid with potential. When a "project" becomes a pro, you know you've been a great coach.
Ketia - I always knew you could do it, from that October supershow when you ran the offense to the poise and confidence you've shown this year, you've been my fav player. God Bless and I'll see you in Montville.

well she is a professional now, I dont think she would get into trouble going to the casino unless she were to gamble on her own team. If she were still playing on Uconn that would be different because of all those strict NCAA rules

Jay, Huh??

Tenn UConn fan forgets we only had four seniors, and only two who wanted/could play. The other two, Brittney, who opted out for obvious reasons and Mel, who nobody would probably chance drafting until she heals.

Still think UConn would clobber Tenn had they met. Clearly the top team in the nation.

Are you sure you're an attorney? You just never get the facts right.

Tennessee has 8 National NCAA Titles, Pat has more ROAD wins vs. top 10 teams than Uconn has at home ! The numbers speak for themself, all I am trying to tell you guys is that Geno does not have a clue, yet everybody thinks he is the best thing that ever happened to Uconn ! Any coach that had the talent he had this year and CAN'T win a National Title must have a problem understanding the game. What did you think about the game plan vs. Stanford ???

"uconn fan"

"The numbers speak for themself" (is this correct?

I think one of the graduates wants to be an FBI agent, maybe she will look into Patti's operations, since the SEC and NCAA both seem to have there heads in the sand.

The one thing that beats actual womens basketball is the WNBA draft. How is this a news story?

UConn fan--Gee, the know-nothing coach took ALL the coaching awards this year.

But what do the guys who voted for those know anyway? The lawyer knows everything about everything. RIGHT? Are we taught that or do we assume that?

By the way, don't you have any clients to serve? You seem to have too much time on your hands to be an effective asset to your practice. Remember what Abe said about a lawyer's time. It's worth money.

Back to work at $400 per hour now and we'll talk next year.

Retired from day to day practice, but have to review some contracts NOW.

Bye

Players on the Sun team are employees of the Mohegan Sun and therefore cannot gamble in the MS casino.

There is no sportsbook at MS, that's why they can have a team there.

I only wish that Tenn was 1/2 half the program UConn is or we had a coach the caliber of Geno. I really lost respect for Summit when she did not conceed the game against Rutgers after finding out that the clock stoping was human error or worse, cheating. I think I'll move to CT and become a lawyer.

They own the basketball team? I didn't know that--thanks. I didn't think the WNBA would have allowed that but a sponsor is a sponsor and we know they have deep pockets.

That's one first overall pick for Tennessee. UCONN has had 2. Every time Tennessee has met UCONN in the final (4) UCONN has come out the winner. UCONN also has more former players that have been drafted overall than Tennessee.

Geno does not go after other teams by filing unfounded claims against them ala PS.
