No. 1 UConn Pulls Away From LSU

Put a microphone in front of Van Chancellor and a provocative thought in his mind and chances are the entertainment provided by LSU's homespun Hall of Fame coach will be surpassed only by his candor. Full Story

You have to admire the class of Van Chancellor for his
comments re UCONN and his handling of a rookie LSU team.
He knew he would not win but he brought his team up a knotch
and kept it close. He accepted this role, for now.

If these teams meet again, UCONN will have to step it up to win.

Congarts to the woman on another win but I wonder where all the fans were, I watched the game on CBS and it appeared to me that there were 2-3 thousand empty seats. Has the adiminstration finally destroyed the woman's following by their greed or is it the ticket giveaways to our CORRUPT politicians. I don't go and pay because I became disinfranchised by the Administrations greed

What's up with CBS namming M.M. as U.C.P.O.the G.? She had a good game, but I thought R.M. was clearly the difference maker here. Is it the beer, or does CBS seem to go with the "popular" player more often than the true P.O.G.??? Overall good job by CBS though I felt.

Maya played great but the 2 players of the game (at least from Section 103) were Montgomery and Kaili Mclaren. Yes, Chancellor is a class act regarding his comments, and he has one heckuva team once it starts to get more experience - athletic, quick, tough. And MVR is right-the place was pretty empty, especially behind the band---20+ rows of empty seasts wasted --- and entire rows of seats in the high rent district.

you must be a closeted womens fan since you are always on this board. Or you are just a wacko siting in his darkened apartment with bottle of jack daniels. If I don't like something I stay away from it. Go get some therapy, you freak.
