Didn't Coach Knight follow every rule? Well, with the exception of language and choking kids and letting people know it's his way or the highway.

Hey, Go Hoosiers: I'll preface this by saying that I'm a lifelong IU fan. I'll also tell you that there's nothing "trivial" about the calls. Rules are rules, and if it were the Purdue staff doing this, I bet you'd be screaming about how it's cheating. Do all IU fans a favor and stop being the typical myopic "fan."

What in the world do you accomplish by beating the same old dead horse? These things with the phone calls have been addressed and readdressed. They are NOT news any longer. Guilt has been established and punishment has been meted out. Why not let the people in charge do their job. The Haters Drove out the best IU ever had. Why continue this stupid VENDETTA ????

This is certainly still news. Until the NCAA completes it's investigation, the punishment is not known. Hopefully the NCAA will make IU will make Kel Sanctions pay, but I won't hold my breath. Dirty program, wish IU hired someone with some ethics. Kel's got to go!

Just a few Questions:

Yes we all know he did participate

Yes he has been sanctioned

Yes he has messed up one year of recruiting for IU

Why do we just keep bring it up and dragging it through the news. I really makes me sick when the News just keeps dragging old stuff up instead of reporting on new - Are the reporters just TOO LAZY to get out there and report on other things - TOO MUCH WORK??

Geez, are we still talking about the 10 phone calls? Slow news day?

Shall we go back and talk about punching cops in Puerto Rico, tossing chairs across a floor, pulling a team off the floor in an exhibition game, star players (and coaches sons) getting a drunk and disorderly, coaches choking players, cussing, pounding fists on scorers tables, etc....?

What is really new news about this. So the Star got names? BFD Want a slap on the back for pressing for more records?

Why not try covering something about the good things the Purdue and IU teams are doing for their communities this Christmas season.

and people wonder why these so called professional athlets learn that they don't have to follow rules and act like spoiled kids when and if they go pro, these coaches think they can do anything they want because they make so much moneyu, the only thing they are doing is coruppting the players....time to look at the whole thing and start over again only this time pay them what they are worth, not on what they say they are...and maybe some really stiff penalties when they do break the rules....how about 1/2 there salaries maybe that will get there attention

Who cares? The kid says they want to talk to coach (which they're allowed to do) and Senderhoff forwarded the call to coach? Big freaking deal. So I guess he should've told him you have to hang up and call coach directly? Is this seriously what we're talking about. I can't believe IU even spent all of this money to investigate this. What a waste of taxpayer dollars.

It's interesting to see how many are downplaying this new piece of news concerning these calls, however I cannot believe that the NCAA is downplaying this.

Here we see a a major recruit, Ebanks, as one of the illegal phone calls.

IU fans may be downplaying this, but this is serious business....
