Unless Central has a change in strategy they will be one and out.
Here we have Ptacek the best free throw shooter in the league and he gets no free throws--zero--zip--he also gets no screens from near the the foul line--or the top of the key--which are similar shots to free throws--He's a 93% free throw shooter--does it make sense he is likely to shoot maybe 50% from that range if he gets set up? Does this team ever set a screen for anyone?--I haven't seen it. Does the ball ever go in and back out to a waiting 3 point attempt?--I haven't seen it. End of game strategy--What really frustrates me is the end of game strategy--here we have a team that's one of the worst foul shooting teams and we are losing at the end and we are not fouling-??--I'd start fouling with 5 minutes left to go against a team like that--anytime that Rutty got the ball--he should get hit--ok he made 2 in a row--but he's a 42% shooter--you know he will return to form.

And then when we are down by 8 or so with 3-4 minutes left to go in the game--Shemik is still walking the ball down--and then they go into that God awful weave--East West--shoot the ball!!
In my opinion the team simply plays too tight and the end of game strategy is too conservative.

Let 'em go--they play like they are afraid the coach will get mad at them --except Shemik--he's taking 15-18 shots per game--and there are at least 3 better shooters on the team--what gives?
