Nobody cares about women's basketball. I wonder how many people clicked on this headline thinking it pertained to men's b'ball?

I'm gonna guess not many since the headline reads: "unc WOMEN lose in tourney."
And nobody cares about women's baketball. What kind of mysogynistic world do you live in? The big-time programs draw thousands of fans. Even UNC Asheville pulls a few hundred per game. There's a professional league for them and countless thousands upon thousands if not millions of youth players in America. But you're right. Nobody cares about women's basketball.

I'm sorry that Carolina lost, as a Carolina grad school graduate, I support Carolina and traveled to watch the women several times this season. I feel that some of Carolina's problems were that key players acted like they really didn't want to be on the court. They also lacked leadership. Cetera DeGraffenreid basically ended up being the teams leader, but that is a lot of pressure for a college sophomore. Italee kept them in a lot of games with her scoring (much improved from last season).
Hopefully next season will find improvement - Jessica, Italee and Cetera are back and throw Stay into the mix and the future still looks bright.
