Talk is one thing. Action is another.
Reggie surely is aware of that. We'll see.

It would would kind of like watching Joe Montana in a Kansas City Chiefs uniform. It just didnīt seem right. I would love Reggie to be able to get a ring though since Larry Bird ruined his chances of him getting one with the Pacers.

"If he comes back I'd go to Southern California and beat his face in," Pacers personnel director Mel Daniels said Friday. Since this is a quote from the personal director does it offer any insite to the Pacers seeminly endless personal problems?

Reggie does not owe anybody anything. That is what is great about this country you can do what you want.
Mel Daniels made a really stupid statement; especially if he calls himself Reggie's friend. Even in the context he meant it; is was still really stupid.

You know it is stupid statements likey yours that is really irritating! It's always Larry's fault and I wonder how that can be. Larry didn't showboat and get his shot blocked and we would have won,Larry didn't start a BRAWL in Detroit and cost us the season,Larry is not a SHRINK and know what kind of NUTS he had on his team. I watched Larry Bird play and none of the Morons on the Pacers came close to playing like Larry diving for loose balls never thinking a game was over until it was over. All the so called NBA is now a bunch of wanna be's that make alot of money and get in trouble. The ratings for the NBA show that. CAN YOU UNDERSTAND THAT!

I miss Reggie. I miss watching a player who loves the game and plays to win! We all miss Michael too but he found out that when it's over, sadly, it's over. Thank God we ever had em!

I'm not surprised about Mel's comment, and you wonder why the Pacers have a problem!
In reality the NBA needs Reg more than he needs them...one of the few class guys left playing basketball!
Why anyone would want to deny him an opportunity to get a ring is beyond me. He will alway be a Pacer!!

Don't do it Reg! You went out a Winner no matter what. Don't think the RING is the only thing left.

I'd like to see Reggie win a ring -- on any team. But the odds are always steeply against any one team winning it all, and three thirty-somethings plus one forty-something doesn't necessarily add up to a championship. Indeed, I think it's highly unlikely. Do whatever you want, Reggie; I'll be pulling for you. But remember, you run the risk of of becoming like Michael and Magic, whose last returns to the floor inspired more pity than applause.

Yea, Larry didn't jump into the stands, but he has done a pretty poor job cleaning up the mess. The Jackson-Harrington trade has seriously hurt the future of the Pacers.

Right On and he didn't shoot up the stripper bar either like Jackson did. The only way to get rid of Jackson was with Harrington. Who knew if Jackson was going to Jail or not so any team with any sense wouldn't trade for him strait up and I guess will have to see what the Pacers do this year.

I agree, but when Jordan came back he was a full time starter who did a lot more than Reggie would do...The way Reggie plays it doesnt take a toll like the way Jordan plays...Reggie's a shooter who runs off screens and gets open and pops...I would love to see him come back...Give him about 10 - 15 mins off the bench, he would be lethal along Garnett, Allen, and Pierce...Yeah do it Reg...Go Celtics!!!

If Reggie comes back and plays for anyone other than Indiana, I will lose all the respect I had for him. He always said he loved it here and never thought of playing anywhere else. Reggie, if you do come back...come back to Indiana. We welcome you with open arms once more. REG-GIE, REG-GIE, REG-GIE!!!
