Feather River College President, Dr. Carroll and their Dean of Instruction, Dr. Bagley both serve on the State Board that Governs over all California Community College Athletics. This orginization is named the Commision on Athletics (COA). Dr Carroll and Dr Bagley know better, yet still choose to violate the laws.

Title IX is 35 years old.
Title IX is a Federal law NOT an option.

Shame on President Carroll and Dean Bagley for holding a position as a COA Board member and NOT complying at their own institution.

They should resign from the COA or be removed.
