Great another washed up
former Superbowl QB.

Why do we always look for
other team's former franchise
QB and not draft or develop one
ourselves?

BECAUSE WE ARE NOT GOOD OR BAD
ENOUGH TO EITHER GET A 1 OVERALL
PICK. WE ARE ALWAYS EITHER IN
THE MIDDLE OF THE PICKING ORDER
OR LAST LIKE THIS YEAR!!

That is the true fact....look at
St. Louis Rams.....they get a
franchise QB but had one in former
Superbowl QB Kurt Warner.

Minnesota has such bad karma!

Good. It will be fun watching Brett throw away another couple of play-off games for the Vikings.

ummm - big ben washed up?? check his age and when it was he help win his first SB, then his second SB... then tell me this guy is washed up already. If the vikes could land him, jackpot. Dont think the steelers will be dumb enough to get rid of him though. Doesnt matter does it? Chilly is cozy enough going with jackson when favre retires next year. if not this year.

There are things a team can do if they have they really want someone. Let's also not forget that there have been some pretty good QBs drafted in the later rounds. My problem is that this team seems to be totaliy ignoring the most important position on the team and patchworks something together year after year. Even if Brett does play two more years go out and find someone and develop them. TJ did not work! It's going on five years now. I hope they just really think Clausen and McCoy suck. I mean I think Klink is an idiot but how dumb can you be? Oh yeah 12 men in the huddle after a time out in the final minute of a championship game knocking you out of field goal range. You really can't get much dumber than that!

Chris Cook?!?

Ahead of Safeties Mays and Allen?

Ehh... I'm cool with this pick. Either way, you know he's gonna be needed someday for Winfield's spot. Safe pick.

Kindle would have been a nice upgrade over Leber... Mays would have upgraded the safety spot Madieu or Tyrell. I wonder why a top rated player like Kindle has dropped so far?

Just another average stiff. Average cover, average speed. We could have had him at the end of round two. Spielman outsmarted himself and lost out on Robinson to the Saints. Second round panic and disappointment results in us getting Cooked.

Not what we were expecting with all the high profile players still out there, was it. Cook will be solid. We could use solid.
BTW, love the Benny Hill shot. I still miss him.

Mays delivers a mean shot...after the receiver has the ball. Most guys hang on to it. Net result? Completion, first down, receiver wobbles back to the huddle and does it again.
