Hmmmm, maybe that conference isn't as weak as we thought.
Possible..

Maybe Oklahoma is NOT a powerful as everyone thinks...?

Ever since the break-up of the Big 12... The ONLY powerhouse teams left are Texas and Oklahoma, and I am not sure OK is all that great this year..

The Big Ten is overrated, plain and simple. The only strong, deep conference out there is the SEC. For people to say that Boise State doesn't deserve to play in a BCS game is absurd. What's their record in BCS games? They sure beat Oklahoma in a barn burner a few years ago. I agree their schedule isn't as strong, but then again, sometimes the big schools can say they have a strong schedule and when their teams go to bowl games and get whipped, you realize, how strong is that schedule really if they get strummed in a bowl game. The polls are heavily weighted toward east coast schools because of the media and tv schedule. I mean, Utah went in two years ago and obliterated Alabama. What did Alabama do the next year. Win the Championship. Look, the best team in the last 10 years overall has been USC or Florida. West coast teams always get overlooked because of their late games and lack of media coverage.
Plus, if you want to talk boring, just watch Ohio State or Michigan. Yaaawwwnnnn. Almost as bad as watching Penn State or Wisconsin.
