What can be said if the WAC's representative to the NCAA was a team that was filled with people who were arrested, suspended, and NCAA rules violators? It's a good thing NMSU lost to a classy team that doesn't allow people to break the law and still play basketball. Also, nice job on getting Young's trial pushed back until after the season's over. It is a little sad, though, that NMSU lost when the refs were doing everything they could to give the Aggies a win. I will miss Hawkins and Peete. They were the only respectable player on the NMSU team.

The sad part is that you talk like your team has never made a mistake. If you really think that the refs were doing everything for the refs to win, your not smart in the head either. Both teams got calls, and both teams got screwed. And if you want to judge this school and some actions that have happened by kids, then next time the WAC tournament is in Las Cruces, don't come. You seem to make yourself be better then the next guy. We don't need ya here!

Uhh Kyle, Are you running for a postion in a frat? I believe your statement was "actions that have happened by kids" Kids?! Try grown MEN. I support the sports at NMSU. However, the university should have a ZERO TOLERANCE for criminal behaviour, period. I strongly suggest you re-read "Digusted" comment again. Very slowly this time. I welcome "disgusted" to the next time we host the WAC. Las Cruces needs the busine$$. |

Yep he does.

Just like your boy JR Giddin's right?! Granted it may have not been at UNM, but you still have yourself a bad apple. |

well put disgusted. I think that was the most poorly officiated game that I have ever seen. It was very apparent that the refs were in NMSU's back pocket the entire time. NMSU runs dirty, hate filled programs in all of their sports. Hal Mumme doesn't know when to shut his mouth and Menzies makes sure that his players are protected from the law. What a disgrace to the WAC, which holds some of the classiest programs in the country.(NMSU not being one of them)!!!!

Whose boy?? Wrong. I SAID I support NMSU sports. Read it again slowly. Since you have gone personal, lets cut to the chase. The only bad apple you are talking about is yourself. A golden spoon fed brat just banking on your parent's inheritance so you can remain unproductive in life. Just ask your "fellow students". "Disgusted PoundsDudes" agrees. You are pathetic. |

I meant ur boy in ABQ, not you. simmer down. IDK how im golden spoon fed. Im out of state, paying 8 times as much as the instate student, when my parents dont pay a dime of my tuition. IDK how "unproductive" I am but I guess thats beside the point.
All my points were saying earlier was that this just does not happen at NMSU. All over. Giddins was a point, the sad part is that there are guys on the team who are down to earth, don't get in trouble and they are all lumped together. Steward, Peete, Hawkins, many others are good students and do good things. Sorry I am trying to stand up for these guys I know and play for NMSU who are good for the community. |
