The complaint says that in June 2012, Odessa Gun & Pawn sold a .45-caliber pistol to Colby Sue Weathers and that Weathers used the gun to fatally shoot her father.

The Odessa gun store owner will plead not guilty by reason of insanity, so it will all come full circle.

Perhaps the mother should have contacted the police instead of a merchant if she had reason to believe that her daughter were planning on something like this. Both mother and the organization suing the gun store sound like nothing more than gold diggers trying to profit off of a mans death.
