Thanks. I'm a participant in the fight for the real estate, which is fallout from the schism, but have had an opportunity to witness the emotional price paid by people who are completely innocent of anything other than joining up in the church in the first place.
And the vicars feel absolutely no sense of guilt or responsibility for causing the heartaches.
I go to a growing evangelical church that has three services with 1500 to 2000 in each service. Many were generational former members of the Episcopal, UCC and such churches.
