I'll agree with you on Thanksgiving.
I think Thanksgiving is superior to Christmas as a holiday.
It lasts only one day. You don't have to buy anyone anything. And you get football on TV to watch.
People have gotten crazy with the Christmas stuff.
It's all about buying a bunch of fake, plastic junk, and doing so out of nothing but obligation.
However, Christmas is for Faithful Christians who like to praise our Lord Jesus Christ.

Yes, if a group had worn purple shirts for decades and believed wearing them is an expression of great importance, and a chain store specifically banned purple shirts, it would be a war on purple shirts.
Thanks for the illustration.
War on Purple shirts / change in policy.

Get over it. It's not a war.

Now, bring me shrubbery or I shall be forced to say...War again.

Nope. Spirituality is a state of mind. One leaves the mundane, workaday world behind in such moments, not not one's mind, body, or universe.
I have never found this meaning applied to "spirituality" in any legitimate reference.

In the most modernized and diluted sense of spirituality, it still contains at least an element of mysticism and the supernatural.

"After the Second World War spirituality and religion became disconnected.[16] A new discourse developed, in which (humanistic) psychology, mystical and esoteric traditions and eastern religions are being blended, to reach the true self by self-disclosure, free expression and meditation."

"Among other factors, declining membership of organized religions and the growth of secularism in the western world have given rise to this broader view of spirituality.[27] The term "spiritual" is now frequently used in contexts in which the term "religious" was formerly employed.[28] Both theists and atheists have criticized this development"

What if you base your life around all of them?

I did it with drugs, alcohol, sex, violence, and football.

In that order.

For the common good.
You really aren't a Christian.
You're barely even human.
One mark of a sociopath is a lack of empathy.
No, everybody does not have to pay taxes.

No, but I was immersed in their culture for several years.

My questions still stand which you can answer after this,

The problem is manufactured drugs were introduced and a market was created for them on the streets. This market was started usually in the younger crowd, including teenagers.

You can also tell me how people knew about meth before it was created and marketed, thus creating a demand.

I have no problem with pot or mushrooms or any other natural drug. They have been vetted by nature for eons. I do have a problem with them being peddled to children. It is a hardcore fact it stunts their growth. In addition, you will have a hard time finding juvenile offenders that did not do drugs, or adults that didn't do them as juveniles.

You are.
We all pay taxes, even the 1%.
Dumb ass.
The top 1% pays 37 - 40% of all federal income taxes collected.

How come my farts don't smell like marshmellows after I eat marshmellows?
I realize this inquiry is a long shot.
After you've had Bongo and KY jelly all up in you, of course your farts wouldn't smell like marshmallows.
