Google "The Clergy Project". If you haven't seen that site, I think you will find it .. interesting.
I'll not go into details here, out of respect for various and asundry folk.
But go give it a look-- I found it kind of refreshing, really.
Not seen it before. Only 520 members? That’s astounding

Let me get this straight.

Since Hitler's nuclear program struggled, he could not have justified extinction of the Jews by Darwinism, because Jews are very smart, even though Hitler regarded them as inferior.

That's brilliant, Tinkling.

You're on the verge of winning me over.

Being a member of the Catholic Church does not make one a Christian.

If so, millions of Christians would not be Christians.

If so, it would be impossible to be a fake Christian if one's name was on the role.

If so, it would be an involuntary belief once on the roles.

Get it? "involuntary belief"?

That's called a self-contradiction.

As dumb as you are, I know you know better than what you are claiming.

Which makes you,...well,...never mind.

Here's one from daffy dave and feeble eagle, when confronted with the quantity of food available on the ark for all those animals.........."Animals don't need three squares a day, and being at sea can make you sea sick, so you don't eat as much."

So the animals were "sea sick" and didn't eat much, problem solved!!!!!

Feeble eagle goes on to tell about being sea sick on a deep sea fishing trip, they went out 200 miles. Hope it was an overnighter, as it would take approximately 50 plus hour to motor 200 miles. Personally, I think he's full of shit!!!!!

Robert....what do you BELIEVE is going to happen after you leave this current, spiritually fallen, sin-infested world?? Do you BELIEVE that your SOUL will be in attendance at a place where people will GIVE AN ACCOUNT for what they BELIEVED, and they DIDN'T believe...about God??! Let's be MORE SPECIFIC..R-O-B-E-R-T!!!... Do you BELIEVE that you will STAND BEFORE THE THRONE OF ETERNAL,ALMIGHTY,OMNISCIENT God to ANSWER to what you DID with EVERY OPPORTUNITY YOU HAD TO ACCEPT THE LORD JESUS CHRIST??!! DO YOU, ROBERT??!!....Well guess what, ROBERT???!...Y-O-U W-I-L-L, ROBERT, YOU WILL....Just keepin' it...REAL.
This..is what children believe after being psychologically damaged by religious brainwashing. Adults, with even a modicum of intelligence, outgrow this childish bullshit, sorry to see you have NOT outgrown it.

I'm just not sure why damaging children in this way is NOT considered child abuse and punished like any other crime against innocent little children.

Of course your demon God doesn't care as his history of murdering little babies and children is long indeed.

Growing up and shedding childish fears can be a liberating experience, you really should try it, although I don't hold out much hope for you, the religious termites have burrowed deep, you poor slob!!!!!

Nope and neither does some historian make him non christian but it never stopped you making such statements.

However the catholic church does actually have a lot more say in the matter of who is a catholic christian and who is not than some particularly obscure historian does.

What makes him christian is his christening, his belief in his god, his belief that he was doing what he was doing for his god, his actions in progressing that belief, the statements he made praising christianity, christian belief and christian values , his attendance at church and among other indicators of course is the fact that the Vatican considered him christian, even if you don’t.

It does not matter how hard you stamp you foot, the facts will not change.

Ok so he was a violently despotic ruler, which I suppose is the reason you deny him his religion. However you have admitted yourself that you are a believer in your god and you are also a violent bully so there is no contradiction there. The main difference is that Hitler had the charisma to lead a nation while you don’t.

Only in you own limited imagination is it self contradiction, in the real world it is logic and fact.

Loony, you can go a month without eating. Of course your as*hole will turn inside out for a while, which may benefit you. Would give you a real view of the world. You get numb from the experience. Get some nutrition on occasion and you can function on a lower level for a long time. Man and animal were built for feast and famine.

You can bounce back from it with no real ill effect. In fact, it can rid you of bad things. Cleanse the system. Not so good for developing organisms like children, but adults are pretty much set.
