You talk about civility because you are too cowardly to address the underlying point.
What underlying point?

All I heard was:

Juvenile theists spread the word of god, too cowardly to provide proof.
After all your stupid beliefs are that jesus rode on the backs of dinosaurs probably.
Lack of intelligent discussion does no position any good, as you are clearly displaying.

Put your emotion aside and try to engage in the discussion.

As to my beliefs, I was not aware your last point was one of them...

So you're just looking for someone to argue with? Why?
Why is reasoned discussion between differing views wrong?

Your question implies that it is...

As to looking for a rational debate, yes.

But it seems I have come to the wrong place.

Rather than a place to engage in erudite discussion, this seems more a place for some to practice their internet forum mugging techniques...

What argument are you looking for? Atheism requires no faith. Just the opposite in fact.
Glad to help.
So every tenet of atheism is proven?

That is in interesting arbitrary claim you have made there....

Yes, By observed I meant the effects of black holes. Many phenomena in nature are not observed directly, but are confirmed by their effect on their surroundings, such as gravity

we can see the swirling gas around the black hole

A man of your caliber can name his price buffered only by common sense. Ive got a 12x60 trailer on a job site that could be used as a dwelling.

Do you need me to lift it?

I am flexible on pay scale.

I worked as an offensive lineman for the Bengals at a scale of $350K a year, and operated a forklift for Coca-Cola at $9 an hour...

There are no tenets of atheism. All atheism is is the lack of a belief in god.

NO, atheism is the belief that there is no god.

"Atheism, from the Greek a-theos ("no-god"), is the philosophical position that God doesn't exist. It is distinguished from agnosticism, the argument that it is impossible to know whether God exists or not" (Academic American Encyclopedia).

Clearly we aren't atheists then. Just call us nonbelievers.

Wrong, atheists adhere to the doctrine of dishonesty and speciousness. That's just a small sampling of their tenets. You may have even noticed most typical topix atheists post responses using the word "we".

Spring may have finally sprung in the Plains. The hummingbirds are here, the trees are green, and I have a veritable plethora of pretty birds gathering at my feeders. One odd thing this year, though. Some of the birds are ravenous for sweets. They have taken to hitting the hummingbird feeders to get a drink. With 3 bird baths close by. These are some dirty birds. Never seen them so obsessed with sugar water.
