Considering the fact that Lois Lerner was appointed to her position by the Bush Administration, why would she exhibit any special animus toward conservative groups? Your assertion is made more ridiculous by the fact that no conservative/right wing groups were denied 501(c)(4) status. As we now know, environmental groups and liberal groups were also targeted, and liberal groups were the only ones denied tax-exempt status.
Maybe her reason for taking the fifth is that she gave some of the right wing groups a pass. If the Republicans want her to sing like a diva at the Met then all they have to do is grant her immunity from prosecution. Perhaps the reason they aren't willing to do so is that they don't really want to hear the truth but keep up this charade.
This IRS 'scandal 'was never, ever an organic happening. From the planned 'leak' by Lois Lerner to the false testimony by the Bush appointee at the IRS, it was contrived and planned to rally the troops in a coordinated mission of hate and hopefully, political gain.
Hard drives crash all the time dimwit; there's no evidence that Lois Lerner's was purposely sabotaged.
IRS Commissioner Koskinen, stated" it is not unusual for computers anywhere to fail, especially at the IRS in light of the aged equipment IRS employees often have to use in light of the continual cuts in its budget these past four years.” Pointedly, tech funding for IRS has decreased $100 million since fiscal year 2010. Commissioner Koskinen added that “since January 1 of this year, for example, over 2,000 employees have suffered hard drive crashes.”
You're an idiot Jessup!
Lerner is a leftist jew, Bush screwed up, our next president[a republican] shouldn't make that mistake, nothing for fleabagging flibs

Just still very disappointed you're so easily misled.
The height of irony is for a FOXBOT to call others misled. LOL

FOX is the most dishonest of all networks, hands down.

It's been proven, look it up.

If Bill Clinton did not put the 1977 CRA on steroids and did not allow Fannie/Freddie to purchase sub prime loans you might have a point.
Stop lying we all know the truth already and there is nothing you can do about it
Sorry, Folks, The CRA Really Did Require Crap Lending Standards

Read more: http://www.businessinsider.com/sorry-folks-th ...

Defenders of the Community Reinvestment Act have tried to maintain that the law didn't require lenders to adopt lax lending standards that characterized the boom years.
Unfortunately, that's just not true. The CRA led directly to lending practices that included extremely low to nonexistent down payments, outrageous loan to value ratios and other "innovations" that later became some of the best predictors of defaults and foreclosures.

The primary way the CRA encouraged lax lending was by empowering bank regulators to block mergers if one side was found to have flunked the government's test for discriminatory lending. To avoid flunking, banks would adopt these innovative lending schemes that helped them grow their minority borrower base.

You can see this process at work the very first time the Federal Reserve ever blocked a bank merger using the powers under the CRA. Back in 1993, the Shawmut National Corporation, based in Hartford, Connecticut, wanted to buy the New Dartmouth Bank of Manchester, N.H. The deal required the approval of the Fed, which was mandated by the CRA to examine whether the banks had complied with fair-lending laws. The Fed voted 3-3, with one abstention, on the acquisition. The tie meant the deal was not approved, and could not go forward.

How did Shawmut react? It immediately began touting its "flexible income criteria" for loans and establishing mortgages with down payments of as little as 2.5 percent.

The cold , hard ugly truth flibs will go to their graves denying

Actually, something new has been recently added. Reported three days ago.
Plumes of bubbles are streaming from hundreds of newly discovered sea-floor seeps between North Carolina and Massachusetts and are likely to contain methane that could be adding as much as 90 tonnes of the planet-warming gas to the atmosphere or overlying waters each year.
Within a distance of about 950 kilometres, researchers found about 570 bubble plumes — an astounding number considering that scientists had previously reported only a handful in the region.
When will liberals ever learn they can't control everything just because they want to so badly?
There are some things we don't know and may never know as the cause of natural phenomenon.
What do liberals have to do with 97% of Climate Scientists agreeing that humans are a big contributor to climate change, and the only one that can be controlled??

Why do you blame science on liberals??

How dumb are you, Carol?? You can't connect the dots??

You're in FL, you'll go underwater first.

"As the GAI timeline reveals, Obama failed to attend his daily intelligence briefing for the five consecutive days leading up to the September 11, 2012 attack of the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi."

golfing was more important

"The Benghazi timeline catalogues Obama’s continuous campaigning even as terrorist forces vowed Libyan attacks and State Department officials were warned of security threats.
The day following the deadly attacks, Obama departed for a Las Vegas campaign rally.

Campaigning was more important than dead Americans

4:05 PM EST 9/11/2011 Intelligence sources sent out an alert that the Bengazi compound was under attack, at 6:05 PM they sent another alert, saying the attack was from al-quaida affliliate al sharia, these alerts were widely distributed in the Obama governments highest levels, including the State dept..

The following day they sent an unequivocal report that the attack was carried out by terrorist groups

In addition, on the day of the attack, Gregg Hicks, deputy to the Ambassador told Hillary that there was no demonstartion that night when the attack started.

Multiple intelligence sources , including the CIA, stated that thru communication intercepts it was learned that it was a terrorist attack, planned for that day by terrorist groups operating in Libya.

Even after all this intelligence, Obama and Hillary started the false narrative that the attack was the a spontaneous result of some anti Mohammed video and sent Susan Rice out to peddle this fabrication. When the intelligence community chafed at this falsehood, they were silenced by the administration, read Obama.
