Reducing the costs of healthcare by bending the curve refers to reducing what it costs to administer the care. Not reduce the overall money spent by stopping people from getting the healthcare they need.
You are FOS. Have you spoken to any doctors about what they think of ObammyCare?

The UCA is going to raise the costs across the board and provide worse care for everyone. Even the medical journals are pointing out patient care was an afterthought.

You are dumber than sh*t.

Without so much as a, "by your leave," Flack gripped his bobbing protuberance and jammed it - dry as a bone - into the girl's unready honey-pot. She screamed and began flailing about wildly with her arms but he had her penned in and she was still too small to overcome his attentions even though he wasn't much bigger than she was...
"No, don't!" she cried urgently but she'd been through this a thousand times already and she knew none of the neighbors would interfere with the workings of another southern family, so she did the only thing she could and reached back and pulled her cheeks apart so he could more easily access his goal...
Three long vicious strokes and she could feel him start the inexorable process of unloading himself into her and she groaned involuntarily as he exploded inside of her tiny frame... She wondered idly if all men came so easily? But there was no time for reflection as he suddenly spun her round, pushed her to her knees, and forced her head onto his still spouting man-stalk... She shrugged and began the process of cleaning him up before her mom, brother, and sister returned from the free concert at the green gazebo in the park...

That is what the article is discussing that the bending of the curve is going the opposite direction since Obamacare.

First time I've heard this. The generals on the ground didn't seem to know it either apparently. They were perplexed as to why they weren't given any orders to go in and rescue that embassy and those men.
Obama's accelerated drone war demolishes homes and kills innocents on a regular basis.
Here is Carol's "generals on the ground" post.

And once again:

Ambassador Stevens worked for the state department

Sean Smith worked for the state department

Glen Doherty was employed by the CIA's global response force and based in Tripoli

Ty Woods was a CIA contractor stationed in Benghazi

None were military__non reported to AFRICOM.

There was not a single US military airplane in Libya nor any US military vehicles.

You have lost your credibility on this issue.
Your potty mouth confirms that to you this isn't about Science but about you being political and a rank partisan.
A group can reference a study in their findings. It does not mean it is not based on peer reviewed science.

You really are dumber than sh*t.

That is just a plain silly comment. Liberals are extremely intolerant of opposing viewpoints. Try to discuss traditional marriage, try to be a black person opposing Obama's policies, try to be a Christian, and the wrath of the intolerant progressives comes pouring down.

You have already displayed your intolerance this morning.

Discussing total spending like in your post is not talking about lowering the costs of healthcare.

Obviously if more people seek healthcare & especially considering those who just now have coverage, then total money spent will rise.

You and Realtime both should spend the day researching instead of showing your willful ignorance and/or stubbornness on here.
Brig. Gen. Lovell is the former deputy director for intelligence at Africa Command and a member of the military who was at Africa Command during the time of the Benghazi attack.
Wouldn't matter where he was stationed, would it?
Brig. Gen. Lovell testified in front of a House Oversight Committee that the military should have and could have done more to help Americans who were killed in Benghazi.
Your empty insults only prove to make you look like you're out of the loop.
'Out of the loop?' Boy, being out of the loop in the eyes of a teabagger must be like Tom Thumb complaining about the elephant's pedicure just before it brings its foot down on him...

4 americans, no matter how saintly they apparently were, are, of no consequence except to the worms they've met recently and you... I, frankly, don't see how the lives of 4 morons living out their childhood fantasies is even of the slightest consequence SINCE THEY AND THEIR COHORTS JUST MURDERED A MILLION PEOPLE IN THIS LAST FIASCO... There is no Africa Command you moron, there is only one country in Africa that would allow the americans to have a base on their soil, for obvious reasons, and it's a LONGGG way from Libya. As a result, "Africa Command" is, and was, in, of all places, Germany... one of our more successful invasions. It takes a while to fly from Germany to Libya. In addition, there were no "Generals" in charge of rapid response troops anywhere who had the vaguest idea what they were doing there let alone what the four dummies might have been doing.

Face it, carol, america, you, your husband, your pastor, you're all morons. You repeat whatever you're told to and then have the audacity to accuse your critics of making 'empty insults' whenever you leap out of your chair screaming about shit you know NOTHING ABOUT! You incredibly dumb bitch. And if you think THAT's an 'empty insult' then wait'll you read the story I'm about to tell about you not helping Flack's daughter fight off the relentless attack upon her honor currently in progress... Remember carol, it's like flying on an airplane: you can't expect to help anyone else until you first put the mask over your own head.. Good luck with that, dearie..
