I believe it is Clark County. I'm pretty sure the fed just manages it.
It is Federal land. Clark County owns the grazing rights which they purchased from the Federal government in 1998 and retired them.

Well, that's one argument. How do explain the young guns in Chicago, Detroit, etc.?

It is irrational to this nutcase to defy the law for 20 years and waste hundreds of thousands of dollars of taxpayer dollars on one court case after another. It wasn't until after the Center for Biological Diversity, filed a notice of intent to sue over the lack of action being taken by the federal agencies that something was finally done.
The rancher should have been jailed years ago. If his family has to go on welfare because they can't afford to pay several hundred thousand dollars in unpaid grazing fees and penalties, not to mention reimbursement of the hundreds of thousands of dollars the BLM and NPS have spent monitoring and addressing the ongoing problem, so be it.
Clark County paid for the lease. The issue is between him and Clark County-not the FEDs.

Yes, now that this has came to the spotlight these court cases are going to get real interesting as the FEDs will have more competent lawyers opposing them.

Government is instituted for the common good; for the protection, safety, prosperity, and happiness of the people; and not for profit, honor, or private interest of any one man, family, or class of men; therefore, the people alone have an incontestable, unalienable, and indefeasible right to institute government; and to reform, alter, or totally change the same, when their protection, safety, prosperity, and happiness require it.

Seems to me that would be you!

You government class morons who think government can do no wrong (only when there is a Democrat president) are quite the hypocrites.

You and your fellow environmental whackos should MYOB and get your busybody hooked noses back where they belong, up your corrupt Obama's & Holder's azzes.

If men through fear, fraud or mistake, should in terms renounce and give up any essential natural right, the eternal law of reason and the great end of society, would absolutely vacate such renunciation; the right to freedom being the gift of God Almighty, it is not in the power of Man to alienate this gift, and voluntarily become a slave.

<quoted text>There are 50 United States. There is no United State. Just like the Eurozone is 18 states. This is where you libtards get it wrong every time. The federal government was never meant to get as large and overbearing as it has become. The constitution is very clear on this. It's time to put this genie back in the bottle.
When you use capital letters as in "United States", you refer to our country.

When talking abut the individual states like" How many states there are?, then you don't capitalize it.

"We don't capitalize words such as city, state, federal, national, etc. when those words are used as modifiers "There are federal regulations about the relationship of city and state governments. Even as nouns, these words do not need to be capitalized: "The city of New York is in the state of New York" (but it's New York City).

The subject is Bundy & your attempts to justify his actions.
Try to keep up.
Already stated that the issues on our side are--
-the mismanagement by BLM of the Nevada desert
-Reid benefitting from the sale of desert lands for solar farms
-FEDs claiming it is about the turtles yet making plans to place a solar farm in the same area
-the over reaction of the FEDs to the situation
-who really owns the lease

Your "but Bundy" is sounding just like your "but Bush" nonsense

It is the duty of all men in society, publicly, and at stated seasons, to worship the SUPREME BEING, the great Creator and Preserver of the universe. And no subject shall be hurt, molested, or restrained, in his person, liberty, or estate, for worshipping GOD in the manner most agreeable to the dictates of his own conscience; or for his religious profession or sentiments; provided he doth not disturb the public peace, or obstruct others in their religious worship.
