Still can't stop yourself from slandering veterans, right? Old habits die hard.

The President of the United States ordered the Armed Forces of the United States (referencing the quote you provided) to remove Saddam Hussien from power in Iraq.
Mission accomplished.

Congratulate our Armed Forces. Tell them "mission accomplished".
I'm betting you're so indoctrinated with hatred of the Armed Forces of the United States, you cannot acknowledge fact.

In a clear foreshadowing of the message Obama will bring to the midterm election campaign, he told fellow Democrats they should reclaim a redefined freedom agenda from Republicans while bashing them on social issues.
“As Democrats, we’ve let the other side define the word freedom for too long,” Obama said.“Freedom doesn’t mean the ability to ask,‘What’s in it for me?’ Freedom isn’t I’ve got no obligations to anybody, I’ve got no responsibility for anybody.”
(Also on POLITICO: Obama fund ties pre-K, defense cash)
Throughout the 34-minute speech at the Capital Hilton, Obama rapped congressional Republicans for their obsession with repealing his signature health care law and adherence to economic policies he blamed for the Great Depression and the latest recession.
“The 50th time” House Republicans seek to repeal Obamacare, he said,“might be the charm.”
Obama drew his biggest applause lines for his defense of the health care law and his efforts to equalize pay for men and women.
“I saw some Republicans in Congress brought in outside aides to tell them how to talk to women,” Obama said.“It is unclear how they’ve gotten this far without that particular skill.”

News flash: Your attempts to devalue Kerry's military service will not make you feel better about yourself. Jealousy is a terrible thing.
"Under Admiral Zumwalt's command, swift boats would aggressively engage the enemy. Zumwalt, who died in 2000, calculated in his autobiography that these men under his command has a 75 per cent chance of being killed or wounded during a typical year.
...
Kerry spent 3 months in Vietnam, and haiyakoed as soon as he could get the fuck out. Here's Kerry:
“I would like to talk, representing all those veterans, and say that several months ago in Detroit, we had an investigation at which over 150 honorably discharged and many very highly decorated veterans testified to war crimes committed in Southeast Asia, not isolated incidents but crimes committed on a day-to-day basis with the full awareness of officers at all levels of command. They told the stories at times they had personally raped, cut off ears, cut off heads, taped wires from portable telephones to human genitals and turned up the power, cut off limbs, blown up bodies, randomly shot at civilians, razed villages in fashion reminiscent of Genghis Khan, shot cattle and dogs for fun, poisoned food stocks, and generally ravaged the countryside of South Vietnam in addition to the normal ravage of war, and the normal and very particular ravaging which is done by the applied bombing power of this country.”
John Kerry
Kerry hooked up with an organization called Vietnam Veterans Against the War (VVAW). Two events cooked up by this group cemented in the public mind the image of Vietnam as one big atrocity. The first of these was the January 31, 1971, "Winter Soldier Investigation," organized by antiwar celebrities such as Jane Fonda, Dick Gregory, and Mark Lane. Here, individuals purporting to be Vietnam veterans told horrible stories of atrocities in Vietnam: using prisoners for target practice, throwing them out of helicopters, cutting off the ears of dead Viet Cong soldiers, burning villages, and gang-raping women as a matter of course.
The major organizers of the so-called “investigation” staged in Detroit in 1971 included Jane Fonda, Dick Gregory, Phil Ochs, Graham Nash, David Crosby, Tom Hayden, Daniel Berrigan, Donald Sutherland and activist lawyer and writer Mark Lane - the same guy who’d already been revealed as a fake. Also deeply involved in the organization of the event was the Vietnam Veterans Against the War (VVAW) which included John Kerry who was on the VVAW Executive committee.
To reveal the depth of dishonesty present, Al Hubbard, one of the founders of the VVAW and its Executive Secretary, claimed to be an Air Force pilot, wounded in Viet Nam. In fact, Hubbard was never an officer, never wounded and never in Viet Nam. VVAW members Elton Mazione, John Laboon, Eddie Swetz and Kenneth Van Lesser all claimed to have been a part of the Phoenix program in Viet Nam where they routinely killed children and removed body parts as a part of their duty. They were shown to have never been in Viet Nam.
Niel Sheehan destroyed the credibility of Mark Lane’s book “Conversations with Americans” by revealing most of the “veterans” who’s “atrocities” Lane quoted hadn’t been in combat or even in Vietnam.
The Winter Soldier hearings: After all the atrocities were dutifully taken down, the transcript was inserted into the Congressional Record by Sen. Mark O. Hatfield, who asked the commandant of the Marine Corps to investigate the many crimes, particularly those perpetrated by Marines.
The most damaging finding consisted of the sworn statements of several veterans, corroborated by witnesses, that they had in fact not attended the hearing in Detroit. Fake "witnesses" had appropriated the names of real Vietnam veterans.
What you have is John Kerry inventing a system of lies solely for the purpose of slandering American veterans.

What you really mean to say is that someone said what you wanted to hear. That idiot retired back in the 90s. Obama is using intelligence and common sense as opposed to rushing head long into a confrontation that could be deadly. I realize that is unheard of in rightie world. yada yada yada ....American Atheists, an outspoken organization that advocates for atheists nationwide, will have a booth at the 2014 Conservative Political Action Conference.

The atheist institution, which is well known for its controversial billboards and media campaigns, informed of its inclusion on Monday night, and a representative from CPAC confirmed that the group will have a booth at the annual national gathering of conservative leaders and activists in March. American Atheists hopes to use the forum to tap into the conservative movement and bring conservative atheists “out of the closet.”

“Just as there are many closeted atheists in the church pews, I am extremely confident that there are many closeted atheists in the ranks of conservatives," said David Silverman, president of American Atheists.
