Thanks. It's not easy finding the right home at the right price in this still shaky market - at least here in Orlando. It's definitely a seller's market and makes negotiating along with home values a little more difficult. Many sellers won't not budge waiting for an investor to pay cash.
Also, the window to home buying in this present interest rate environment is closing according to news reports. Just adds to the stress of it being now or never.
Mark this post!!

Carol just confirmed the improvement in the economy, saying housing in her area is a 'seller's market'.

Thanks, Carol, Even though inadvertently, it's a compliment to Obama1!

Spending didn't get cut until the TEA Party began to influence Congress, moron.
Now that you clowns think the TEA Party has been defeated, what is the projected spending in that insane "bipertisan" budget deal? What is the projected deficit for 2015?
You're an idiot.
projected deficit.....

The deficit is shrinking considerably more quickly than previously thought, the Congressional Budget Office said on Tuesday in a report that could sap Congress' sense of urgency to find further budget savings.

In one fell swoop, the non-partisan budget referee slashed its deficit forecast for the current fiscal year by $203 billion from estimates made in February to $642 billion - making it the smallest budget shortfall since 2008.

The CBO said the deficit will fall to $378 billion by 2015 with no congressional action - a sharp contrast to the $1 trillion recession-driven deficits in each of President Barack Obama's first four years in office.

The revisions are driven largely by rising tax revenue from individuals and corporations as the economy sputters back to life. They also reflect stronger contributions to U.S. Treasury coffers from government-run mortgage finance groups Fannie Mae (FNMA.OB) and Freddie Mac (FMCC.OB).

"Because revenues, under current law, are projected to rise more rapidly than spending in the next two years, deficits in CBO's baseline projections continue to shrink, falling to 2.1 percent of GDP by 2015," the CBO said in its report.

That level is considered easily sustainable by budget analysts, who said the report will blunt Republican arguments that rising federal debt levels will soon crush the economy.

- Millions more American's on food stamps
- Millions fewer American's paying Federal Income Tax
- Household income down

- Existing home sales down
- More jobs out sourced to China.

You need work on your recognition of cynicism. You're probably one of the indoctrinated fools that think Plato wasn't writing stoic satire, and you probably peruse his Republics with the same perception you'd use with Aristotle. Plato was stating the utterly rediculous with a straight face, moron. Apply your lack of education there to every other subject you choose to contribute your ignorance, and outright lies to.
I'm not the one creating doubt in the democratic system. The Democrats that were so stupid they programmed the voting machines to steal 100% of the vote are the ones creating the doubt.
Now, back to the issue you ran away from. Here it is again for your convient reference:
Obama didn't have a clue the operation was even happening. As soon as it was leaked to Vallerie Jarrett the operation had begun, she issued an abort order (which was ignored by Panetta) and summoned Obama from the golf course where he thought he'd spend his entire day... on the day he's going to invade an allied country and kill bin Laden.
Come on. Even you can't believe Obama even had a clue Panetta was going to kill bin Laden.
your Obama induced insanity is getting worse

Oh for Pete's sake. It isn't like he wasn't available. According to reports, he was able to meet with General Petraeus within 28 minutes of the General getting word of the event.

At 2:15 PM Washington time on the day of the attack, in front of reporters, President Obama and his wife departed for Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland to visit wounded troops.

The attack against the consulate was launched at 3:42 PM while Obama was visiting the soldiers. I suppose you would be happier if he had been reading to little children at the time of the initial attack instead of visiting wounded soldiers.

The senate report states that the White House was notified of the attack at 4:05. The CIA had stated that Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Martin Dempsey were notified of the attack at 4:32 P.M.

The President was scheduled to leave Bethesda, Maryland en route to the White House at 4:40 pm EST for a pre-scheduled meeting with Panetta at 5:00 pm.

By 5:30 pm, according to the senate report, "all U.S. personnel, except for the missing Ambassador, had departed the Mission compound." "At 6:07 PM — an hour and seven minutes after Obama, Panetta and Biden started their meeting — State sent another email to the White House. Its subject line: "Ansar al-Sharia Claims Responsibility for Benghazi Attack."

According to the senate report, the CIA annex took sporadic gun fire from 5:56pm to 7:00pm. It wasn't until 11:15 PM that mortar rounds began to hit the CIA Annex in an attack that lasted 11 minutes and killed Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty.

Now, just exactly where do think Obama was at 11:15 P.M.? Out bar hopping? Your head is always stuck in the Faux News gutter.
