It's true and you see it depicted in all the Wall St movies; Gordon Gecko in Wall St.,

Is this fair and balanced as well ? A poll of Rush's listeners. I guess we believe Romney should be in the Whitehouse now, and all those top investigative reporters at Fox trying hard to break their own Watergate with Benghazi only to fail miserably. What about Obama's birther scandal, how about his terrorist friends, or lets bomb Iran the list goes on and on. Are we judging their credibility on those stories ? Because every one of them seem to drown in a sea of BS.
They keep mixing up facts with gossip.

It's... their 'way.'

President Barack Obama will announce a new plan next week to help Americans who continue to struggle to find jobs even as the economy recovers from recession, his senior adviser, Dan Pfeiffer, said on Saturday.

Obama's efforts to help the long-term unemployed are part of an economic strategy he will lay out in his annual State of the Union address on Tuesday and expound upon during a four-state tour, Pfeiffer said in a mass email from the White House. Earlier President Obama had used his weekly address to pledge action to tackle sexual violence, including in the military and at colleges.

"With some action on all our parts, we can help more job seekers find work, and more working Americans find the economic security they deserve," Pfeiffer said.

"That's why, in the week following the speech, President Obama will travel to communities across the country – including Prince George's County, Maryland, Pittsburgh, Milwaukee and Nashville, before returning to the White House to outline new efforts to help the long-term unemployed

Eva Anna Paula Braun; 6 February 1912 – 30 April 1945 was the longtime companion of Adolf Hitler and, for less than 40 hours, his wife. Braun met Hitler in Munich when she was 17 years old, while she was working as an assistant and model for his personal photographer, and began seeing him often about two years later. She attempted suicide twice during their early relationship. By 1936, she was a part of his household at the Berghof near Berchtesgaden and lived a sheltered life throughout World War II. Braun was a photographer, and many of the surviving colour photographs and films of Hitler were taken by her. She was a key figure within Hitler's inner social circle, but did not attend public events with him until mid-1944, when her sister Gretl married Hermann Fegelein, the SS liaison officer on his staff
Eva had a hot body, alright.

But not nearly as hot as those in Buchenwald's ovens.

"That's why, in the week following the speech, President Obama will travel to communities across the country – including Prince George's County, Maryland, Pittsburgh, Milwaukee and Nashville, before returning to the White House to outline new efforts to help the long-term unemployed."

Obama has vowed to address the gap between rich and poor in America and has said he will do what he can even without help from a deeply divided Congress. Already this year, Congress thwarted Obama's efforts to extend jobless benefits for people who have been unsuccessfully seeking work for more than six months. Benefits for 1.5 million Americans expired at the end of 2013. The Senate failed in mid-January to agree on a plan to renew the benefits.

Obama had promised earlier this month that he would bring a group of chief executive officers to the White House to persuade them to hire more people from the ranks of the long-term unemployed.

"We're going to try to work with CEOs to make a pledge that we're going to take a second look at these Americans who are very eager to get back to work and have the capacity to do so, but aren't getting the kind of shot that they need," Obama said on 14 January, ahead of a meeting with his cabinet.

Used to describe a person who has no original thoughts, opinions, or ideas of his/her own. Instead they regurgitate the "party-line" or talking points of others; usually of their particular political party.
Sock puppets can be seen on FauxNews and on Talk Radio. The GOP will put out its talking points and you can pick out the sock puppets because they will repeat the talking points; usually words for word.

<quoted text>....DETROIT, Jan. 25 (UPI)-- Top Republicans joined the call for the resignation of Michigan Republican National Committeeman Dave Agema over comments he made seen as insensitive to gays.
At the close of the Republican National Committee's three-day winter meeting Friday, RNC Chairman Reince Priebus and state Party Chairman Bobby Schostak told the Detroit Free Press they want Agema to resign after a controversial speech in December at a party meeting in Berrien County.
"Folks,[homosexuals] want free medical because they're dying between 38 and 44 years old," Agema told the gathering. "It's a biggie. So, to me it's a moral issue. It's a biblical issue. Traditional marriage is where it should be and that is in our platform, so people that are opposed on that issue within our party are wrong."
State Attorney General Bill Schuette and former MichiganSecretary of State Terri Lynn Land also called for Agema to quit, the newspaper said.
"What is best for the party, and is best for Dave, is that he resigns," Land said.

You're damn right gimme gimme gimme what I deserve. I have two college degrees and I'm going to get back my investment no matter how hard the banks and corporations try to take for their own welfare benefits.
Walmart has billions in the bank and pays it's workers welfare wages and it still gets corporate welfare from the government.
Sorry you have such low self esteem that you don't feel you should be paid what you are worth. Good luck with that, loser. The rest of us are going to get what we're owed.
the reason for the failure of you and your ilk are obvious....

nobody is "owed" anything and nobody "deserves" anything except what they earn...

and the number of college degrees one has is meaningless without knowing the discipline and the school...

President Barack Obama will deliver an “optimistic” State of the Union address Tuesday prodding Congress to address economic mobility and income inequality — or risk an end-run by the White House.

In an email to supporters Saturday, senior White House adviser Dan Pfeiffer wrote that Obama “will lay out a set of real, concrete, practical proposals to grow the economy, strengthen the middle class, and empower all who hope to join it.”

Obama will then take his message on the road Wednesday for a two-day trip through Prince George’s County in Maryland, Pittsburgh, Milwaukee and Nashville. When he returns to the White House, Obama will outline new efforts to help the long-term unemployed, Pfeiffer wrote.

“In this year of action, the president will seek out as many opportunities as possible to work with Congress in a bipartisan way,” Pfeiffer wrote.“But when American jobs and livelihoods depend on getting something done, he will not wait for Congress.

“President Obama has a pen and he has a phone, and he will use them to take executive action and enlist every American — business owners and workers, mayors and state legislators, young people, veterans, and folks in communities from across the country — in the project to restore opportunity for all,” he said.“It will be an optimistic speech. Thanks to the grit and determination of citizens like you, America has a hard-earned right to that optimism.”

The election-year agenda is expected to be a mix of initiatives designed to energize the Democratic base of women, students and blue-collar workers, and to attract independent voters. The aim is to highlight differences with the GOP and provide fodder for Democrats along the campaign trail — even though those measures stand little chance of winning approval in Congress.

What part of the GFC in 2008 was fictional and Hollywood produced. I think Madoff made Gordon Gecko look like he was Mother Teresa. What about all those Bankers who came out as clean skins with a slap on the wrist fine. Not even Hollywood could come up with that.
In Hollywood the goodies always overcome the baddies, haven't seen much of that happening yet down at Wall St.

Philadelphia, PA - A 27-year-old mother of five allegedly abandoned her children to party with a boyfriend using government checks meant to help with their care while her severely disabled 3-year-old daughter starved to death in a filthy bug-infested home they shared with their father.
The mother, Carmen Ramirez, began skipping out on the children, ages 3 through 9, and their father, Carlos Rivera, 30, last summer because she decided that she wanted to start "having fun", according to a report in The Philadelphia Enquirer.
Among her children was 3-year-old Nathalyz Rivera, who suffered from a genetic condition that left her partially blind and unable to walk or talk.
have you no sympathy for this poor woman who lost her child to starvation bred of income inequality???...
