not much of a show.
We have deluded ourselves into believing the myth that capitalism grew and prospered out of the Protestant ethic of hard work and sacrifices. The fact is that capitalism was built on the exploitation of black slaves and continues to thrive on the exploitation of the poor, both black and white, both here and abroad…the way to end poverty is to end the exploitation of the poor. Insure them a fair share of the government’s services and the nation’s resources. We must recognize that the problems of neither racial nor economic justice can be solved without a radical redistribution of political and economic power.

Since there was no advanced planning as the Senate report indicated, they could have just decided to attack a symbol of the US. We do not know.
Just as they could have been angry about a US produced video that had just been translated & parts broadcast on Arab TV - like Muslims were in other cities.
Or angry that there was a good sized CIA base in Benghazi.

Hillary ordered Stevens' security reduced, cancelled security contracts for him, all the while Stevens was requesting increased security.
Hillary watched the videos of the entire attack showing there was never any spontaneous demonstration, then she lied to Congress, lied to the entire country, and lied to Ty Wood's father about the attack. She did her part of the plan to cover up the Al Qaeda attack on the United States in Benghazi.
Hillary Clinton should be in prison.

Actually no. The media was once the middle man between the people and those who held the power over us. They once believed neutrality was sacred in journalism and held those in power accountable on behalf of the people.
The liberal media now sets the mind control button for the entire nation. They are the strong arm of the progressives in power. They influence elections by demonizing all opposition and campaigning for their chosen progressive candidate who they protect once in power. They ignore abuses of power and abet those abuses by their silence and distortion of the truth .
They are corrupt simply by aiding and abetting the corruption of power, and liberals now consider this the norm instead of what it really is - mind control.
Whether you understand how dangerous this is or not is irrelevant. History says it is.
You described the propaganda of FOX NEWS perfectly!!

So it's ok that FOX only endorses Repugnants, right??

Not that they might be biased in any way, eh Carol??

Your over-the-top racist anger has made you a laughingstock of hatred and stupid commentary.

Eric Nordstrom, the former chief security officer for U.S. diplomats in Libya, concluded from conversations with his superiors at the State Department that "we were not going to get resources until the aftermath of an incident."

Nordstrom said he sent two cables to State Department headquarters in March and July requesting additional diplomatic security agents for Benghazi, but he received no responses. He said the number of U.S. security personnel in Benghazi were kept artificially low even as the State Department recognized the increasing hazards.

Army Lt. Col. Andrew Wood testified to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, "We were fighting a losing battle for more security officers. We couldn't even keep what we had."

http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/2...

So you're saying Stevens had the power to protect himself but chose not to even after he repeatedly requested more security?

Probably not a good idea for you to talk about dumb rocks. Just saying.

PDupont, if you have any doubts about the legitimacy of the liberal news media, watch a press conference when a conservative is in power and compare it to press conferences with this president - on the rare occasion he graces them with one, I mean.
Until just recently, there was more giggling and obedient admiration than hard questions. Even when they had to try and act like real journalists in the midst of one abuse of power after another, they soon forgot the hard questions and went back to the business of ignoring those abuses of power, protecting those abusing the power and swept it under the rug telling us "there's nothing to see here."
Under the same circumstances if Obama were a conservative, they'd be calling for blood. If Nixon had been a liberal, Watergate and Nixon's resignation would have never happened.
It's pretty obvious if you choose to see it.
hard questions?

Scripted Press Conferences and the Lapdog Media

Whether or not reporters were quietly "prepped" for their questions by the White House propaganda staff may never be known. What we do know is that the White House press corps "heels" when it is told to heel and "sits" when it is told to sit. Ever since Ari told a reporter who dared to ask a challenging question that his insubordination "was noted around the White House," the media lapdogs know that they better toss the Dim Son soft balls or they will be exiled to covering oil spills in Armenia.

When we have a President that misses 50% of his Daily Briefing we shouldn’t be surprise that he miss the Warning in Benghazi!!

The President knew within an hour it wasn’t a Video but a Terrorist attack their reaction was to blame the Video to cover-up Obama’s incompetence then send Susan Rice out to Lie!!

No body knows. Heck, according to Panetta, U.S. officials learned in the months after the incident that "there were actually two short-duration attacks that occurred some six hours apart," the first on the consulate and the second on an annex two miles away.
How she believe Panetta and Dempsey could have "briefed the president" when they didn't even know what happened is beyond me.
Back in February, McCain pulled out every trick in the book to blame things on Hillary and failed miserably. Yet, here we are back to the same talking points a year later. It just seems republicans are incapable of rational thought.
In February, before the Senate Armed Services Committee, "Panetta was firm throughout his testimony that there were no "undue delays" in decision making and there was no denial of support from Washington or from the military combatant commanders when the attack happened."
"Quite the contrary: The safe evacuation of all U.S. government personnel from Benghazi 12 hours after the initial attack" and transfer to the Ramstein Air Base in Germany "was the result of exceptional U.S. government coordination."
"He said the U.S. military response helped save lives." But, Republicans are stuck on stupid.

Why did they attack. Stoopid question. Pick up a newspaper, watch a TV news program. They attack, murder and maim, because that is what they do. Could it have been because the did not get their full allotment of virgins? They have been doing it for 100's of years and US intervention is going to change nothing.
How would you feel if it was your family? If the government made no effort to help them? If S o S simply threw up her hands and said get over it? If a muslim leaning president made no effort to track down the guilty?

Testimony by Gen. Carter Ham, head of AFRICOM at the time of attack, before the House Committee on Armed Services in June 2013 said that Defense officials immediately deemed the incident an attack.
Ham said at the 2013 hearing that he was alerted to the incident 15 minutes after it erupted at 9:42 p.m. Libya Time (3:42 p.m. EST) on Sep. 11, 2012.
"When we saw a rocket-propelled grenade attack, what appeared to be pretty well aimed small arms fire — again, this is all coming second and third hand through unclassified, you know, commercial cellphones for the most part initially. To me, it started to become clear pretty quickly that this was certainly a terrorist attack and not just not something sporadic," he stated.
According to the timeline, at 10:32 p.m. Libya Time, Ham briefed then Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Gen. Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, before they traveled to the White House for a pre-scheduled meeting with Obama, during which they briefed Obama on the situation.
Panetta said of his early assessment of the situation on the ground in Benghazi, "There was no question in my mind that this was a terrorist attack."
http://www.nydailynews.com/news/politics/pent...
You really can't connect these dots?
Panetta, Dempsey and officials at the Defense Department all testified they knew it was a terrorist attack immediately after it began and briefed the president minutes later - long before the second strike.
See, you have the same problem Ham had at the time of the attack. He didn't realize there were two separate attacks. The "rocket-propelled grenade attack" was on the CIA annex...not the consulate. Six hours had passed since the attack on the consulate.

Besides that, you people continue to mince words by claiming that Obama's announcement in the Rose Garden that is was an "act of terror" somehow wasn't an acknowledgement that this was a terrorist attack. I just don't understand your logic. Why in the world you believe that this act of terror could not have been aggravated by the video is beyond me.

You keep saying you read the Senate report and I don't believe you. Anyone who has read the report knows that the question as to whether or not the Youtube movie was the catalyst for the attack is still an unanswered question. And, anyone who has read the report knows that it wasn't until September 20th that the investigators came to the conclusion that there was no demonstration prior to the attack.

I only wish Bush had taken as much time to reflect as Obama did after Benghazi. His War on Terror may never have happened.
