I feel sorry for the Vets; however I also realize that there will always be a certain percentage of people who fall between the cracks and choose the life of homelessness. Ever sit in a courtroom when they bring in the homeless guys in front of the judge? Most times they are arrested for vagrancy or public intoxication; they're offered a bed in a shelter and they say they don't want it. The police keep arresting them because local businesses, libraries, offices etc don't want them loitering around bothering people. What can you do about that? Keep arresting them is ridiculous, you can't force a person to stay in a shelter. I know lots of people who have been helped immensely by the VA; you can't say that they don't help people. In Ft Lauderdale they've now decided to buy up some vacant houses and designate t hem as permanent homeless shelters for the chronically homeless and ill. It will make a small dent in the problem.
When the Democrats come after you? You sound delusional and in need of treatment yourself.
We aren't talking about the homeless illegal mexicans and blacks . We are talking about the VETS. There are no shelters in Chicago except on the sout side. Hey and then the 'warming' centers in Chicago, are only open during the day--big whoop! you don't have a clue, far be it for you to call someone else a liar. The Vets should not have to share a place with a bunch of street thug blacks and illegals in Englewood. Helped immensley, sure drug them up with methadone and oxy. That is some kind of help. DUH!

It's not an accident that Christie emerged in a period when the Republican Party is out of power. His videos make them feel powerful at a moment when they're weak.
The reason Chris Christie is so good at this is that Chris Christie is actually a bully. That doesn't mean he's not also a nice guy who cares deeply about his family and his constituents and his country. It doesn't mean he's not an unusually honest politician who's refreshingly free of cant and willing to question his party. There's a lot about Christie that's deeply appealing. But there's one big thing that's not: He's someone who uses his office to intimidate people and punish or humiliate perceived enemies.

Dumbwairter wanted Christie to f*ck over his constituents & turn down Obama help like a true Republican who constantly f*ck his constituents for political gain.
Just like they did with TARP & Just like they did during & after the recession they created.
Everyone knows this is the truth. You were humping Christies leg up until Sandy. Just like you did with that Florida governor.
More proof you people are dumber than sh*t.

J. Christian Adams' Campaign Donation Hypocrisy

In his new book, Injustice: Exposing The Racial Agenda Of The Obama Justice Department, New Black Panther fabulist J. Christian Adams goes to great pains to highlight campaign donations to President Obama from DOJ staffers and appointees.

At one point in the book, Adams even explains that on Election Day 2008, Voting Section chief Christopher Coates kept him at the Section's Washington desk because he didn't trust "key DOJ election officials" who were "large donors to Obama":

Yeah, it would be horrible if a donor for one of the presidential candidates had been in that position on Election Day, right? You'd never be able to trust whether they were acting to further the law or their candidate of choice.

DOCUMENT

Yup, J. Christian Adams was a John McCain donor. He received the first report about the New Black Panther case. The rest is history.

Anyone else see an "appearance of impropriety"?

What do you have against Debo Adegbile? He's black. Eric Holder? He's black. The President; he's black.
You're so terrified of black people that it's comical. Go hide

When Republican Mel Martinez abruptly resigned from his position as Chair of the RNC and subsequently his seat in the Senate in 2007, many speculated it was over the tone of the immigration debate inside the GOP. "I believe that not to play this card right would be the destruction of our party," Martinez boldly said at the time.
Fast forward to 2014 ... and the internal Republican debate over immigration reform rages on. Except now it's Senator Marco Rubio who has been treated like an outsider inside his own party after leading the Gang of Eight to pass a Senate immigration reform bill early last summer.
So the question as we start a fresh new year is which courageous Republicans in the House will step up and champion immigration reform in 2014 at great political risk in doing the right thing for America?
Well, over two dozen Republican Congressional Members have publicly supported immigration reform over the past year, so that's a start. And doing quick math, it will take 218 votes to pass a bill in the House, and if about 200 Democrats support the effort, which they will, you only need the couple dozen Republicans I just mentioned to make history and help their party by mending the fractured relationship with Latinos and Asians, who represent an attractive voting bloc going forward. Yes, it's doable. As we begin 2014 we should do so with great optimism, especially if at this point both sides of Congress work together to present House Speaker John Boehner with a bill he can get behind, as he did with the budget bill a month ago when he acted like a man thinking about his legacy as he winds down a bumpy tenure as leader. The time is now -- ahorra -- to get something done. If it doesn't happen in by first quarter, members will be in election cycle, and it will not happen. We are counting on the leadership of certain Republicans to pass immigration reform.
DemoKKKrats want immigrants for votes...

big business wants immigrants for cheap labor...

the real losers are low-income (primarily black) Americans...

when millions of Americans are unemployed, the last thing the country needs is more immigrants.....

If you don't have a clue what goes on in the government, you could choose to keep your ignorant mouth shut.
Or, you can tell us about how the only 2 budgets Obama submitted to Congress of the 5 budgets he is required to submit by law were voted on in Congress. How about you tell us what that vote total was.
Did you say Obama's budget got a sum total of no votes? Did you say Obama's budgets got ZERO votes? NADA? NOTHING? ZILCH? Did you say the vote was 611 to zilchpointshit?
Obama couldn't get even one vote from the Congressional Black Caucus. It's obvious every Democrat in Congress thinks Obama is an idiot.
So, since it's obvious every Democrat in Congress thinks Obama is an idiot, why is Obama president?

Christie’s Waterloo
The George Washington Bridge fiasco is a deeply damning window on the governor's administration
In the best possible light, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie built a top staff of lying thugs who threatened lives and safety to serve his political ends. If not, Christie is a lying thug himself.
Emails and text messages among his close aides made public Wednesday documented that in September they gleefully engineered George Washington Bridge lane closures to punish the Democratic mayor of Fort Lee for failing to endorse their boss’ reelection.
Local officials say the gridlock they caused delayed ambulances in responding to four calls, including one involving an unconscious 91-year-old woman who later died.
Christie’s presidential ambitions are all but kaput, as he will be lambasted and lampooned as a man of low character and horrible judgment — again viewing him in the most favorable way.

<quoted text>If Christie is guilty, he should resign. But he might use "The Official Obama The Buck Never Stops Here Because No One Told Me All Purpose Excuse".
Let's see: Obama was involved in ‘Fast & Furious’,‘Al Qaeda Libya Take-ovwer’,‘Muslim Brotherhood take-over of Egypt’, Benghazi, IRS targeting HIS political enemies, DOJ Spying on the media, the NSA Spying…and there are no calls for HIM to resign.
Why is it that Liberals always demand Republicans be held accountable for things but run away from accountability themselves like a scalded dog?
And its ok for Obammy to say he didn’t know anything about the scandal de jour? Just like he had no idea the ObammyCare website wouldn't work. If Obammy had been Nixon, Watergate would have been 1 tiny paragraph on page 52 for 1 day.
But MSNBC is screaming non-stop about this (if only they’d paid attention to a fraction of Obammy scandals or talked about the lies in his books and his frequent lies and distortions).
Republicans always takes the hit in numbers and in the media, and we always hang our side out to dry at the drop of a hat.
Do you think the Dems and their voters would be calling for one of their Governors to resign if something like this was uncovered? Not a chance in hell. They’d blow it of, ignore it and proceed with business as usual.
With a cooperative media, they'd quickly move on.
Christie, even if he WAS directly involved, didn’t do anything even remotely close to the dirty politics the Dems have been employing out of Chicago as common place for decades.
Spot on!!
