Pay attention. You were hailing the virtues of the Republican health plan which called for forcing states to accept insurance policies that did not meet the consumer protections and financial and solvency requirements set by the states. Those would, in the eyes of the state, be "substandard". Funny how you support the trouncing on state rights by the Republicans but have a hissy fit when Democrats try to set any regulation at all.
One of many practical and common sense proposals by the GOP (expanding availability and accessibility of health care coverage):

"Encourages states to create a Universal Access Program by establishing and/or
reforming existing programs to guarantee all Americans, regardless of pre-existing
conditions or past illnesses, have access to affordable coverage."

http://www.cbsnews.com/htdocs/pdf/GOPHealthPl...

("Encourages" is the key word. Only Obamacare "forces".)

States would be encouraged to establish either a functioning high risk pool or a reinsurance program with $25 billion in federal funding for these programs to ensure everyone has access to affordable health care regardless of their health status eliminating high risk pool waiting lines and premiums for enrollees. High risk pools would be limited to 150% of the average premium charged in a State.

Geez, how did they manage to produce a 2-3 minute trailer for the film?

I believe it was around 1967 when movies literally went to sh*t. Don't get me wrong, there have been excellent films since then, but, well, your description pretty much sums up what's wrong with many of Hollywood's modern productions. That, and the senseless gore.

That should be written in stone somewhere. It will certainly be the heading of a chapter historians write about this part of our history.

Rodman is walking a very thin line. He's being used by this thug so he will look like a good guy in the eyes of the world to distract from killing his own family members and the horrors of the gulags. You don't cavort with the devil and you don't hug the likes of Kim Jung-un - especially if you're an American.
So that covers Kim Jung-un but what's in this then for Rodman?

Notoriety as a bad-ass cross-dressing locker-room lady wannabe ambassador for the Magic Negro?

Go figure.

Maybe he gets his nuts off from going to dinner with Satan.
