NY Times - The concept of preventive detention [within our borders] is at the very boundary of American law, and legal experts say any new plan for the imprisonment of terrorism suspects without trial would seem inevitably bound for the Supreme Court.
Mr. Obama has so far provided few details of his proposed system beyond saying it would be subject to oversight by Congress and the courts.
Ultimately, they suggested, the question of constitutionality would involve a national look in the mirror: Is this what America does?

South Carolina bill will nullify O'bamacare. Democrats in South Carolina are jumping on board with the Republicans to pass the bill. It will be bipartisan. So what will O'bama do next? with his care that is?

Obama has indeed argued cases in court. You keep lying about this despite being presented with links proving he did.

As we post the boy president, nobama is arguing his case in the court of public opinion. To date his arguments are weak. A solid majority do not approve of his leadership. A solid majority do not support or approve nobamakare. The numbers continue to grow and not in nobama's favor.

Section 5210 of the Affordable Care Act:“Establishing a Ready Reserve Corps”.

According to Obama, FEMA camps will be used for "prolonged detention" of suspected threats to national security...(or perhaps just threats to the goals of this administration?)

Maybe a big coincidence...but Obama signed into law H.R. 3590, Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, on the same day that marked the 77th anniversary of Adolf Hitler's Enabling Act bill - March 23, 2010.

(The Enabling Act was a 1933 amendment to the Weimar Constitution that gave the German Cabinet – in effect, Chancellor Adolf Hitler – the power to enact laws without the involvement of the Reichstag. The formal name of the Enabling Act was Gesetz zur Behebung der Not von Volk und Reich (English: "Law to Remedy the Distress of People and Reich").

I think Clinton should have checked out all muzzies coming into the country. Or better yet, never allowed muzzies in.
In short, nearly two full years before the horrific attack on the World Trade Center, the international Islamic terrorist cabal revealed its insidious hand for all the world to see. The details of names, addresses and other information from this report should have provided “actionable intelligence” for any number of U.S. anti-terrorist operations. Instead, every scintilla of the information “was disregarded because nobody believed that Osama bin Laden or the Taliban could carry out such an operation.”
This isn’t the first time the Clinton gang dropped the anti-terrorism ball. Judicial Watch previously obtained documents from the Department of State (“Terrorism/Osama bin Laden: Who’s Chasing Whom?” showing that as far back as 1996, the Clinton administration knew of and ignored bin Laden’s terrorist plans against the United States.
The New York Times, reporting on Judicial Watch’s find in 2005, noted:“State Department analysts warned the Clinton administration in July 1996 that Osama bin Laden’s move to Afghanistan would give him an even more dangerous haven as he sought to expand radical Islam “well beyond the Middle East,” but the government chose not to deter the move, newly declassified documents show.”

You people when it refers to dumbass right whiners is not a racial term.

Having your party leaders meet in December of 2008 to decide that of Obama was for it, they would oppose it has nothing to do with the betterment of our country but a calculated strategy to try to win the next election.
