And thank goodness for that. Too bad they were in the minority or we might have saved from this disaster.
But I'm sure you think Democrats didn't do the same thing when Republicans were in power.
Difference is, Republicans worked harder at reaching across the aisle to get Democrats on board with constructive and beneficial policies so it wouldn't seem like power grabbing on the part of Republicans and Democrat's constituents weren't treated as totally irrelevant.
We weren't given the same consideration.
You have a very partisan view of history. Did Republicans "reach across the aisle" on enhanced interrogation? Nope. Wiretapping? Nope. The 2003 tax cuts? Nope. Social Security reform? Nope.

Under Bush, there were a total of 9 pieces of major legislation passed with a bi-partisan vote..including the Tarp bill.

The tea party movement was born because the economy collapsed and some of us were actually paying attention and listening to Jr. Senator Barack Obama's personal vision for this country - redistribution, higher taxes, bigger government - not to mention the people who he surrounded himself by or the fact he hailed from one of the most politically corrupt cities in the nation.
Hillary actually would have been the much better choice. She would have led more from the center - learning from her husband who did the same after his first two unsuccessful years leading from the left - and she would have put jobs and the economy first. I guarantee it.
The tea party may not have even been conceived - much less born - had Hillary won.
Barack Hussein Obama was a mistake then and is proving himself to be a bigger mistake now. A lot of us knew that in 2008 and 2012. Others were apparently a little slow on the uptake or just too starstruck.
The BIG question that has to be answered, they had two presidential terms to protest about big government spending & taxes while Bush was in office and another two months after the financial meltdown. Yet remained silent until 3 weeks after Obama was elected , so what does that tell you & what do you think the worlds press read that as. They try and disguise it under the taxes & spending banner but in the end if you dig deep enough all Tea baggers are bigots.
Those same conservatives were not ready for a woman to be elected either she would have born the brunt of conservative sexism under the banner of politics. The conservatives can only handle one of their own being President, and they have to be complete losers like Palin & Bachmann who mouth the right noises but behind the scenes are told what to do.

MSNBS is crying "racism" out of one side of their mouth, and praising Obama out of the other....What a hoot, they really don't see Obama's blatant racism. Are they REALLY that blind??????

To all you Conservatives who make charitable donations, choose your recipients well. Liberals need not apply.
The American Red Cross
President and CEO Marsha J. Evans' salary for the year was $651,957 plus expenses.
MARCH OF DIMES
It is called the March of Dimes because only a dime for every 1 dollar is given to the needy.
The United Way
President Brian Gallagher receives a $375,000 base salary along with numerous expense benefits.
UNICEF
CEO Caryl M. Stern receives $1,200,000 per year (100k per month) plus all expenses including a ROLLS ROYCE. Less than 5 cents of your donated dollar goes to the cause.
GOODWILL
CEO and owner Mark Curran profits $2.3 million a year.
Goodwill is a very catchy name for his business. You donate to his business and then he sells the items for PROFIT. He pays nothing for his products and pays his workers minimum wage! Nice Guy.$0.00 goes to help anyone! Stop giving to this man.
Instead, PUT YOUR MONEY WHERE IT WILL DO SOME GOOD:
The Salvation Army
Commissioner, Todd Bassett receives a small salary of only $13,000 per year (plus housing) for managing this $2 billion dollar organization. 96 percent of donated dollars go to the cause.
The American Legion
National Commander receives a $0.00 (zero) salary.
Your donations go to help Veterans and their families and youth!
The Veterans of Foreign Wars
National Commander receives a $0.00 (zero) salary.
Your donations go to help Veterans and their families and youth!
The Disabled American Veterans
National Commander receives a $0.00 (zero) salary.
Your donations go to help Veterans and their families and youth!
The Military Order of Purple Hearts
National Commander receives a $0.00 (zero) salary.
Your donations go to help Veterans and their families and youth!
Inside of my lifetime, there have been enough scandals within the list of charity crooks you list here to turn on'es stomach.

But people have short memories and always get taken again.

United Way is a den of thieves. Red Cross has hurt many people in many ways. I've listened to many stories from vets who swear they'll never donate to the Red Cross again.

UNICEF is an international joke and a sick one at that.

You really are an amazing fool.

Nobody "voted" on interrogation until you Anti-American Demo-Thugs socialists tried to politicize the wars like you did.

The irony is that you focus on that, fool, while Obama is killing innocent civilians with his drones because he is an idiot like you, making more terrorists and hate for our countries
indiscriminant killing of women & children.

You sure are one dumb mofo. Liberal asywipe.

You are a fascist pig, for sure.
