The IRS is not involved in the health care business. That is nothing more than an Eric Cantor/Breitbart LIE.<quoted text>
Did you ever get back to me why the IRS should be involved in our personal health care business?
I'm trying to catch up now so no need to respond again if you did.
Otherwise, I'll wait.
When Cantor was asked to provide proof that Obamacare "would give the IRS access to records of our illnesses, surgeries and prescriptions", his spokesman, Rory Cooper, cited a June 18 Breitbart.com article!!! Now, that is pretty pathetic.
HHS officials have repeatedly said that they will not be seeking intimate details from medical histories and they will not share the information with the IRS.
Twice since May, IRS officials have testified at House hearings that they will not have access to private medical records. The agency’s website states, "Nothing in (Obamacare) allows the IRS to access individual’s health information, including information about individuals’ health status and any health care services received."
Yet you RETHUGS just insist on spreading your little conspiracy theory lie over and over again. It's idiotic.
And, when House Republicans voted to approve the "Keep the IRS off your Health Care Act" barring the IRS from any involvement in Obamacare, they cemented themselves as completely out of touch with reality.
Republican Mantra: If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.
