Unless and until Obama, Reid, you and your loyalist pals recognize we are still a two-party system which has always worked in the past when the opposing side has always been included in the passing and tweaking of any major law that will affect every single American, you're barking up the wrong "one-party" tree.
The power elite still have to abide by the checks and balances of power under the Constitution and, whether they like it or not, they still work for us. All of us.
Loyalists are just too eager to surrender their power over to them under the guise of liberalism. Some of us will never be ready to surrender or be dismissed as irrelevant by the power elites' bullying tactics.
Do you really not get this?
Would you get it if Republicans were in power, dismissing you as irrelevant and bullying you into submission?
i think got it when Bush was in office.

see how that works?

Canadian officials fired IT firm behind troubled Obamacare website
Canadian provincial health officials last year fired the parent company of CGI Federal, the prime contractor for the problem-plagued Obamacare health exchange websites, the Washington Examiner has learned.
CGI Federal’s parent company, Montreal-based CGI Group, was officially terminated in September 2012 by an Ontario government health agency after the firm missed three years of deadlines and failed to deliver the province’s flagship online medical registry.
The online registry was supposed to be up and running by June 2011.
Officials at the U.S. government's Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services awarded six technology contracts worth $87 million to CGI Federal for Obamacare website work, according to the U.S. Government Accountability Office.
The CMS officials refused to say if federal officials knew of its parent company’s IT failure in Canada when awarding the six contracts.
CGI Federal built Obamacare’s , which went live Oct. 1 but has since experienced multiple technical problems, including crashes, refusal to load and sign-on, or to provide accurate information.
Obamacare requires all Americans to register for health care coverage no later than six months from Oct. 1. Officials in the White House and the Department of Health and Human Services, which manages Obamacare, declined to say how many people succeeded in registering through .
CGI Federal also is the prime contractor for state health exchange websites in Colorado, Vermont, Hawaii and Massachusetts. Three of those states also reported significant website glitches.
privatization never works. the Government on it's own could have done a better job.
Government was on its own and it doesn,t say much for the Obama Adminstration and it proves their bigots too when they are exporting IT jobs that could have been done by US Citizens here and has had the nerve to ridicule US corporations for doing the same thing.

If only Democrats would respect women...period. John Edwards, Anthony Weiner, Bill Clinton...I've lost count.
John Edwards can't really be blamed though. Obama hadn't forced taxpayers to pay for his mistress's contraception.
Give me a friggin' break with your self-righteous hypocrisy, will ya?
What a nutjob. Did John Edwards, Anthony Weiner or Bill Clinton ever draft a bill, or pass legislation to eliminate womens rights?
Those three men happen to love women. They're not pedophiles or rapists, nor did they commit incest.
Just because the Democrats often have horny male policitians does not equate to taking away womens rights.

Okay, let's take a look at which states have the largest percent of their population on welfare.
1 California
2. Maine
3. Tennessee
4. Massachusetts
5. Vermont
6. District of Columbia
7. New York
8. Minnesota
9. Washington (state)
Tie-10. New Mexico
Tie-10. Indiana
12. Rhode Island
13. Michigan
14. Pennsylvania
15. Oregon
Since you seem so proud of your very misleading stats. How about the real ones..DUMBO.
States receiving the most in federal spending per dollar of federal taxes paid are as follows.
1 D.C.$6.17 2 N. Dakota $2.03 3 N Mexico $1.89 4 Mississippi $1.84 5 Alaska $1.82 6 W.Va.$1.74 7 Montana $1.64 8 Alabama $1.61 9 S. Dakota $1.59 10 Arkansas $1.53.

Now the states that receive the least in federal spending per dollar of federal taxes paid. 1 N Jersey $0.62 2 Connecticut $0.64 3 N Hampshire $0.68 4 Nevada $ 0.73 5 Illinois $ 077 6 Colorado $0.79 7 Massachusetts $0.79 8 Calif.$0.81 9 New York $0.81.... 79% of the states receiving the least spending per dollar of federal taxes paid are "BLUE" states. Suck on that DUMBO.

There are two things missing from the so-called "liberals" today.
1) Obama threatening to violate the 14th Amendment and cause the US government to default as a result of Republicans not buying his government shut down hoax; and
2) Sheila Jackson Lee calling for Marial Law on the floor of the House.

The first is a no-brainer.

But, what about 2)? Now, just why would Sheila Jackson Lee call for Martial Law? Perhaps she views that as a valid political tool to use? That's more than kind of like Hitler and Stalin, isn't it. It's exactly like them.

Who wants an obvious nutcase like that to head DHS?

So you don't think Democrats ever lose elections or the Congress? Republicans didn't treat them like they were irrelevant and passed a major partisan law without giving them any input or having one of them on board. That has never happened - at least not to my knowledge and I've been following politics for four decades now.
I don't even recall the present bullying ever being the case by former Democrats who were elected in the past.
How old are you anyway? Because I can assure you, we are NOT in Kansas anymore.

That's right. Both Democrats& Republicans agreed to spending.
So, they either both didn't demand cuts & they both did.
The Republicans had the spending they wanted but noooooo they wouldn't agree u less the ACA was defended & delayed.
Republicans agreed and overwhelmingly supported the Idea of adding 7 Trillion dollars to the Federal Deficit to pay for Medicare Part D too which is part of the Reason why ACA is so Expensive and is designed to cover the 7 trillion dollars that the Republicans added to the Federal Deficit.

<quoted text>They just said on the news today that the Social Security and Medicare Welfare Programs are the biggest problem and the answer is just eliminate them since the SCOTUS(Liberal Majority) in 1960 stated that Individuals have no rights to Social Security which they stated the Welfare Benefits can be reduced or eliminated at any time which is what the Democrats wanted and is the reason for Section 1104 of the Social Security Act of 1935, entitled "RESERVATION OF POWER," specifically said: "The right to alter, amend, or repeal any provision of this Act is hereby reserved to the Congress." which is even stated on the Social Security Website(link below) and the reason is that Social Security is funded by a tax just like Medicare which is funded by a tax which is why there is no rights to either one.
Supreme Court Case: Flemming vs. Nestor
As I stated above. They can get rid of both programs as long as they get rid of the taxes also.
How much is taken out of a minimum wage forty hour a week person?$60? Assuming that this person never got a raise or another higher paying job the rest of their life how much would that be at 70 assuming they start at 18? Even without compound interest it's $162,240. My guess that with a decent rate of return that money would be several million dollars. So that should be enough to live comfortably during your retirement. Friggin' libtards are so stupid.

So in summary the Tea bagging shutdown of the government and refusal to raise the debt ceiling is going to:
A. Cost us more money with higher interest rates on bonds
B. Further improve their Chinese overlords takeover of the planet.
Ted Cruz - Canadian, father ran with Castro, leader of the Tea Baggers, slowly destroying America.

Congress not only gave Bush the authority to go into Iraq but fund the soldiers in Iraq - including a significant number of Democrats.

Duck and run. That is all you are doing. You have egg on your face. Admit it. Your Section and Page references were nothing more than a big fat lie.
I'm guessing you didn't even read what you posted. What you posted was "The Secretary will determine" everything.
There was no standard a law usually states that all Americans understand and can comply with.

Let's see if I understand this. The health care will be allocated as... as your post pointed out... as "The Secretary determines", and there is no standard the Secretary can be in violation of in making that determination.
You really don't know what that means, do you?

Considering the Secretary who will make the determination of who gets health care and how much they get is also the very same person who orchestrated the IRS targeting of political opponents, it doesn't take much of a brain to figure out what will happen.

I'll post again just for your edification:

Obviously, you are ignorant of the most significant descriptions of governmental philosophy ever written in the history of civilization.
You don't even recognize that the text you provided could have been from one of Machiavelli's letters that comprise "The Prince".
"The Secretary shall determine...."
Do you even realize what this law means when it gives arbitrary and subjective authority to some person who occupies some position in government?
What you provided is proof there is no law to be enforced. Everything you provided proves ObamaKare intends for subjective enforcement. There is no criteria in the text you provided for the people to read and understand what the law is that they must comply with.
What is written in the law is, the Secretary decides who gets health care, and who doesn't. The Secretary decides what hospitals get paid, and which ones do not.
The ObamaKare law is nothing more than another Democrat Marxist program to give what one individual works for to someone who won't work for it.
The ObamaKare law couldn't have been more Marxist if Karl Marx would have written it himself, and it couldn't be more Machiavellian if Machiavelli had to approve what Karl Marx wrote.
"The Secretary will determine...."
The Secretary will not be reviewing and approving/denying payment. There will be a huge bureaucracy doing that, under the orders and guidance of the Secretary... like the IRS Secretary ordering the opponents of the Democrats be targeted.
Since that same person will be the "Secretary" adjudicating ObamaKare, it's obvious those who oppose the Democrats will be dying on the street without health care.
ObamaKare is a Marxist program with Machiavellian execution.
It's that plain and simple, and obviously medieval.
